Needed something to keep the kids entertained while we were in town. They had an absolute blast at this amusement center. The facilities were spotless, and the prices for both entry and snacks were surprisingly budget-friendly. We'll definitely be returning next time we're in the area.

The management at this place really needs to work on their people skills. My daughter and I paid for a turn on the massage chair, but before the chair even had a chance to finish, we were rudely interrupted by the supposed manager telling us to get out of the chair. It hadn't even finished its cycle! And to top it off, there wasn't anyone waiting to use the chair. Talk about poor customer service.

Loads of fun to be had at this place. For just 15 bucks per person per hour, you can have a blast. I particularly enjoyed the balance beam over the massive pit of foam cubes. Such a thrill!

This place is a right laugh, but I've noticed some of the staff seem a bit hesitant to manage the older kids, especially when parents or other grown-ups are flagging up issues with the different age groups misbehaving.

It's pretty straightforward - if you're working there, it's crucial to uphold the rules (in a polite way), in other words, just do your job.

They won't allow you to backflip into the foam pit! They instruct you to perform your flips on the jump mats where other children are always bouncing and where there's a chance of accidentally hitting someone or landing on the padded bars. Personally, I prefer flipping into the foam pit. It's the silliest rule I've ever encountered!

The children had a fantastic time at the amusement center! The massage chairs were quite powerful, but also very soothing for an old chap like me.

This amusement center is an absolute blast for both youngsters and grown-ups. The team members are extremely cordial and accommodating. There's a wide expanse of space for frolicking, various play areas, and dedicated party spaces. It can get quite lively, so keeping an eye on your little one’s attire is crucial as they zip around energetically. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit, as the enjoyment factor is off the charts!

I must say, I was quite let down by the service and overall experience with the party package at this amusement center. I will certainly not be booking another party there, and I would advise against it if you expect any guests to arrive even slightly tardy. The amount I paid was simply not justifiable for what we received. The party package clearly stated that the birthday child would receive a shirt or extra jumping time, yet my daughter was abruptly asked to stop jumping and did not receive a shirt. The staff were unhelpful and provided no assistance, leaving much to be desired. It was my first visit there, and most definitely my last.
