In the first place,
My family and I have been members of oakwood for around 8 years. Recently, one of my family members accidentally left a bag in the women’s locker room and phoned the front desk to request assistance in retrieving the bag so that I could collect it at the gym. Upon my arrival 30 minutes later, none of the staff had made an effort to retrieve the misplaced bag. It took an additional 10 minutes for a gym employee to finally locate the bag. However, upon checking the lockers, the bag had disappeared and items worth approximately $300-400 were now missing or stolen. While I acknowledge that it was our fault for leaving the bag behind, the lack of urgency, concern, and care shown towards me and my family members in this situation is unacceptable, especially considering the membership fees we pay here.

Outrageous initiation fees - $1000 (indeed, a thousand) for an individual membership and $1400 for a duo. Absurd! Bay Club boasts no initiation fees, identical rates, identical amenities, just 10 minutes away.

Wonderful fitness centre! A lovely interior, handy café, pristine showers, massage, pilates, gym, racquetball, pool, dry spa, steam spa, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, weights, aerobics and weight machines, guest access for a fee.

The pool area is spotless, the locker area is massive, the hot tubs are pristine, and the staff is very welcoming.
