Janice Patterson (5/8/25, 9:44 PM):
The top boxing gym in the H.D. If you're aiming to establish a strong base for your little ones, this is the spot. Definitely not for the faint of heart; it's a boxing gym, not a daycare.
Leonard Harris (5/8/25, 5:47 PM):
I've been attending this boxing gym for a little over two months now, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I've ever made. During my time here, I have seen rapid improvement in my boxing skills, thanks in large part to the head coach and the supportive fellow students who have guided me along the way.

It's been inspiring to witness the same level of progress in other new members who joined after me. Despite some negative reviews suggesting otherwise, I must say that my personal experience contradicts any notion of this being an unwelcoming place to train. The coach instills discipline in his trainees, swiftly identifying and correcting their mistakes to help them become better boxers. Moreover, the camaraderie among the gym members is exceptional – they truly embody teamwork.

Oak Hills Boxing Club stands out as one of the top gyms in California for individuals with aspirations to compete at a high level in the sport.
Judy Thompson (5/5/25, 7:10 AM):
The coach lacks professionalism. If your child is not cut out for boxing, he doesn't make an effort to nurture them. There are more things I could mention, but it would be too personal and that wouldn't be professional. I hope he reads this review and takes steps to improve. I really wanted it to be a better experience.
Doris Hernandez (5/4/25, 5:01 PM):
Yesterday, I popped into this spot to inquire about their boxing offerings and how the program is structured, and the chap who assisted me was quite brusque. I was simply inquiring about prices, and his responses felt rather curt. Subsequently, I decided to depart and explore other boxing establishments for my son.
Amelia Campbell (5/3/25, 4:30 PM):
I would not recommend this establishment to anyone at all. The coach lacks professionalism and intimidates children. The class is taught by his young 13-year-old son, and when they are outside in the alley, there is no supervision of the kids. Essentially, you are only paying for your children to use the equipment, as they are not receiving proper boxing instruction. The gym is also understaffed. I would suggest looking into Victor Valley Boxing as a better alternative.
Julia Ford (5/2/25, 2:50 PM):
This gym in the High Desert is absolute top-notch. I've trained at various gyms in the area, and I can confidently say that the trainers and customer service provided by the staff here are unparalleled. After 3 years of training, I've gained a lifetime of skills and discipline. In my first three months here, I learned more than I did in a year at another gym in Victorville. If you're seeking excellent coaches, they've got them, along with an amazing conditioning coach holding a BA in kinesiology. All in all, this is the gym to choose if you want to compete, get fit, or simply pursue a new hobby.
Frank Hernandez (4/26/25, 7:50 PM):
Thumbs down to this place, mate. I popped in for a sesh at the boxing gym and was not impressed at all. The facilities were lacking, the trainers seemed disinterested, and overall, it just didn't have that welcoming vibe I was looking for. Definitely won't be back, cheers.
Vincent Jones (4/22/25, 4:46 PM):
I just can't express my gratitude to Oak Hills Boxing Club for all it has done for me. Joining was a breeze, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and it's truly been the best choice I've ever made. The members are incredibly friendly and always willing to share their expertise. The coach not only leads our training sessions, but also takes the time to provide personal guidance for any areas you may be struggling with. Thanks to the coach, I've been able to set goals both inside and outside the gym. I couldn't ask for a better coach. If boxing is your passion, this gym has everything you need. I highly recommend it.
