I was recommended to visit Complete Wellness by one of their clients. I had been struggling with a lower back issue for more than 10 years. After just a month of twice weekly visits, my lower back was completely resolved.
The team at Complete Wellness is fantastic: professional, incredibly kind, polite, accommodating to last-minute appointment changes, and always offering extra advice on stretching exercises to do at home.
To illustrate how great their customer service is, they have a team member who serves as their in-house "barrister" brewing wonderful coffee, cortaditos, lattes, espressos, and more. Despite his key role, he is just as essential as the other staff members at this chiropractic center.

They regularly reassess your progress to make any necessary adjustments to your program for optimal results. I've had several instances where they checked in on how I was doing, listened to my concerns, and effectively addressed any issues, big or small. Services like dry needling, Graston technique, massages, and supplements are also available here - and I've benefited from all of them! I've been a patient here for around three years now, and they've played a huge role in my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I initially visited them after spraining my ankle, and just a few days later, they adjusted it, making it so much better that I could comfortably walk on a trip overseas shortly after. I now experience fewer headaches, improved sleep, and better gut function. I also enjoy the educational and entertaining videos they provide while I do my warm-up exercises. The folks over at Borgert Family Chiropractic, they treat ya like kin, they do. They're ever so flexible and bendin' over backwards to help ya out. Now, we got plenty o' fine doctors 'round these parts, but Dr. Mike, he's the only one who takes the time to really know ya and truly cares about ya wellbeing. Every time I pay 'em a visit, no matter how I'm feelin' beforehand, I always walk out feelin' better, I do.
Since transitioning to a remote job where I'm glued to a desk all day, I started feeling those niggling aches in my mid and upper back. Not too bothersome at first, but over time, they really started cramping my style and putting a damper on my workouts.

I've been in the past. But when I hurt my back in November, steroids and muscle relaxers did not help. The pain was debilitating; never had I hurt that badly.
Dr. Mike reassessed me. My spine at L4 was crooked! He gave me 13 weeks of 3x/week adjustment and decompression with supplements. Week 6 and all is well. The pain waxed and waned for the first 3 weeks, but now I can’t remember the last time I hurt.
I’m glad to avoid surgery in the future with exercises and treatments instead!
