This fitness center is simply marvelous! It's the perfect spot to become a part of a new workout community with fantastic trainers who are all so friendly and supportive. They provide guidance on form and technique to ensure you're performing the exercises correctly, while motivating you to constantly challenge yourself in order to achieve your personal fitness goals. It's truly gratifying to exercise here and work towards improving your health and fitness levels without any fear of judgment, as everyone here is incredibly encouraging and focused on helping you become the best version of yourself.

Because of my job, I spend a lot of time sitting, whether it's in front of a computer or in a van. I witnessed my mother's health deteriorate and pass away, and now I am watching my husband's parents slowly decline. I knew I had to make a change. A chance encounter with Blayne, who I later found out is a coach, motivated me to give this fitness center a try. He assured me that CrossFit is not as intimidating as I thought, despite being out of shape from years of inactivity.

It was challenging to step into the gym without knowing anyone, feeling overweight and out of shape. But Blayne was there to guide me through the workouts, even teaching me how to do sit-ups. The gym owner, Jason, was also very supportive and made sure I could participate, adapting exercises for my previous surgeries and lack of physical activity.

Now, going to the gym is the highlight of my day. I may not understand all the exercises yet and still need modifications, but that's okay. Elite athletes in the gym offer advice without making me feel inadequate. The welcoming and supportive atmosphere, along with the guidance of coaches like Blayne and Lynsie, has been invaluable in my journey towards a healthier me.

I'm grateful for the support from my fellow classmates and the kindness of Jason and Jill. I'm already experiencing improvements in my back pain and sleep quality after just a few weeks. If you're looking to feel better and improve your health, I highly recommend giving this gym a try. I hope to be one of the first to welcome you to this new adventure of health and fitness!

I must say, SaddleUp CrossFit is truly something else. The members there are just fantastic, I can't even put it into words. The owners and coaches really know their stuff, they're so inspiring and they've built a community that's just unparalleled. My children adore the kids' classes and camps, and as for me, I've taken part in the nutrition challenges and gained a wealth of knowledge from the nutrition team.

Jason and Jill have really nailed what a gym culture should embody; it's all about the collective path to self-improvement and backing each other up.
