What a top-notch Fitness Center! Scott, Sam, and Sherry are consistently warm and friendly. I've been part of this gym for nearly two years, and during that time, they’ve made sure to keep updating the equipment. With its sauna, free weights, machines, and numerous cardio choices, this gym truly has everything you need. I wholeheartedly endorse this gym!

Customers aren't following the guidelines. It's a hassle to complete the 30-minute express workout because the guidelines aren't being followed. I've raised the issue with the staff, but they haven't taken any action. Despite having signs posted about the rules and procedures, the staff fails to uphold them.
The equipment is frequently out of order and takes weeks to repair, and there aren't enough machines available.

Top-notch gym in the city. Scott is absolutely fantastic. The rest of the gym members are incredibly welcoming. Phenomenal ambiance. Absolutely adore this spot.

I've been a member since the club started out on the Hwy., so I've honestly never been to another gym. But to me, that says a lot. Over the years, Scott has worked tirelessly to create a positive gym experience. I've seen many upgrades throughout the years, and Scott has always had the best interests of his members in mind. Sure, there may be some who are unhappy, but there are always two sides to every story. People come and go. However, where the gym is now, it's far superior to any other gym or fitness center in town. The staff at HP always has the best interests of its members at heart, and everyone is treated fairly. With all the recent upgrades - equipment, floors, sauna, facelifts... It's a gym for the people! Keep up the good work, and here's to another 40 years. I can't wait to see what the future holds, Scott! And let's not forget Gym, the dog. I have a real soft spot for him.

The staff is always super friendly and welcoming whenever I drop by. The place is consistently sparkling clean, and they're constantly making improvements and introducing new equipment. It's a fantastic atmosphere for getting in a workout, whether you're lifting weights or doing some cardio!

The best gym ever, honestly. I have never been to a gym that has an environment and staff like this. Everyone is super friendly and personable. Scott takes the time to truly learn about his members and always greets everyone with a smile 😊 The gym is always clean and well-maintained; they have also taken the time and effort to upgrade the amenities available to the members. I 100% recommend this gym and I truly look forward to going there every day!

This gym is absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere, equipment, members, and staff are all top-notch. From free weights to machines and even a shiny new sauna, they've got everything covered. And at just $25 a month for membership, it's definitely worth it. The staff are available on site from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Saturday.

HealthPlex is a top-notch fitness center. I worked out there for a week during my visit to Grand Island. It's equipped with all the essentials I required to keep up with my bodybuilding competition preparations, from free weights and machines to stairclimbers. The decor is quite inspiring as well. Health plex is absolutely smashing it with the recent updates. This gym is certainly growing and improving. You won't find a gym like this in Grand Island. I really dig the atmosphere at this gym and the staff are so friendly. If you're in search of a gym, look no further - this is the one!!
