The staff is absolutely brilliant, just so friendly and welcoming. They took the time to give me a tour of the facility and explain how all the equipment works. Everyone on the team is well-versed in fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness. I would wholeheartedly endorse this place to anyone looking to join a fitness center. 10/10, top marks!

I really should have anticipated this. I've been attempting to terminate my membership for weeks now, and they keep coming up with various excuses as to why they haven't reached out to me and why my membership hasn't been canceled yet. They conveniently failed to disclose (until after I signed up) that there's a $40 service fee for everyone after three months. If you're considering becoming a member of You Fit, be sure you have no intentions of leaving because their process for discontinuing payments is incredibly inefficient. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
Andrew Myers (5/23/25, 12:50 AM):
I shall be canceling shortly. These folks seem to exploit expectant women. My wife, who is expecting, was getting charged $89 per month for personal training sessions. She tried to pause them, but we were told they had been paused, only for the same thing to happen in the following two months.
They are now refusing to refund the money, despite my PREGNANT WIFE not being able to utilize the training sessions AND after she requested them to pause these sessions, which they failed to do. It is evident that these individuals prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.

Hey folks, you absolutely must give YouFit Gym a try. It’s stocked with the perfect range of equipment for all to reap the rewards. Excellently run, spotless, and with a fantastic team to support you in reaching your fitness objectives. You won’t be let down.
Angela Green (5/19/25, 4:13 AM):
The gear is kept in top-notch condition, and I hardly ever come across any problems with busted or worn-out machines. The fitness center also features dedicated zones for functional training. There's ample room, even during the busiest times, so I seldom have to wait for equipment.
Harper Turner (5/13/25, 2:23 AM):
I wouldn't recommend using the gym's personal training services. The trainers don't explain the exercises well and hardly give you any individual attention. The prices are way too high. My first trainer left without informing me and I was left without a trainer for weeks. When I tried to cancel my membership, they didn't provide me with the right forms. Overall, a terrible experience.
Matthew Butler (5/11/25, 2:01 AM):
I absolutely adore sweating it out at youfit! The equipment is pristine and top-notch, and the staff team has truly curated a splendid environment. My go-to trainer is Steve, and I can't speak highly enough of him if you're contemplating personal training. Grayson holds down the fort at the front desk and excels in assisting members, fielding inquiries, and ensuring the gym remains spick and span. I wholeheartedly endorse youfit if you're on the hunt for a gym to join!
Ralph Wilson (5/10/25, 12:17 AM):
Ladies and gentlemen, listen up! You definitely do not want to bring your business to this gym. My one trial visit turned into a major headache. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place. It's evident that they are engaged in some shady business practices and it won't be long before they go out of business. The facility was disgustingly dirty during my visit, had very few machine options, and the staff were downright rude. My advice? Look for any other gym but this one. Consider yourself warned!
Angela Perez (5/8/25, 1:37 PM):
The manager Kourtney assisted me in getting my membership all set up. She's incredibly kind and supportive. I absolutely adore this establishment!🥰
Allison Torres (5/8/25, 10:19 AM):
Absolutely love the Gym. It's super tidy and impeccably maintained. My trainer, Jose, really pushes me to the limit and encourages me to push myself harder every session. I've made significant progress, thanks in no small part to his motivating attitude.
Ruth Graham (5/8/25, 8:50 AM):
Decent-sized gym, you know. It can get a bit toasty in the winter with all the folks working out, like.
No separate exercise room, but they've got the machine side, machine side, and cardio section. The bathrooms and locker rooms/showers are always kept tidy. The range of equipment and reasonable monthly costs keep me loyal to this spot.
Andrew Carter (5/7/25, 4:00 PM):
Oh, blimey, what a dodgy situation! I signed up online, popped into the Fitness center on me first day, and all seemed fine and dandy. Everyone was right friendly, ya know? But then, outta nowhere, 60 days later I see this cheeky $50 charge on me card. I give 'em a ring to ask what's the deal, and the lass on the line says it's some annual fee. I tell her I didn't have a clue about this when I first signed up and that their website keels over every time I try to check me contract. And get this, she has the nerve to say, "Oh, you mean your first day in the club after signing up online? We don't go over memberships with ya." Can you believe it? I'm gonna report 'em to the BBB and give their corporate office a bell. Canceling me membership in person tomorrow, which is a right faff. Absolute rip off, mate.
Johnny Reynolds (5/7/25, 2:42 PM):
This establishment is quite exceptional if one has no intention of ever canceling their membership. I initially joined in February 2013, but soon after, I secured a job in Savannah. Despite my efforts to terminate my membership, I have been continuously billed and unable to find a resolution. Despite multiple attempts, including sending certified letters, the process has proven futile. It seems I may require a pardon from the Governor or resign myself to the idea of sustaining this membership indefinitely. Perhaps it will become a family heirloom for my grandchildren, as even death may not suffice as a valid reason to part ways with this fitness center.
Virginia Hill (5/6/25, 12:38 AM):
Brilliant gym, top-notch equipment. Absolutely chuffed they've got a hack squat. Only snag was no one at the front desk for a bit when I rocked up, but apart from that, all good.
Matthew Morgan (5/5/25, 3:50 AM):
They've been so lovely and helpful to me, I managed to set up my Joy account with their assistance. The gym is spotless and well-organized, I highly recommend them. That's why I'm giving them a five-star rating.
Michael Butler (5/3/25, 9:46 PM):
I've been hitting up the fitness center for around 6 months now. I partnered up with a personal trainer (Jose) and he is absolutely top-notch. His expertise in fitness and nutrition is spot on. I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and I'm beginning to shed some pounds! 💪
Isabella Kim (5/3/25, 2:07 AM):
Definitely a five-star rating! Conveniently located, just a short five-minute drive from my place. They offer flexible operating hours, even during the pandemic. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and super professional. The monthly membership fee is quite reasonable. I've been a member since 2017 and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend YouFit Kennesaw to anyone looking for a top-notch gym experience.
Catherine Barnes (5/2/25, 9:06 AM):
Steve, the GM at this gym, is absolutely fantastic! He's been incredibly helpful with everything. The fitness center is currently undergoing a major renovation, and I am absolutely loving it! There's a ton of new, state-of-the-art equipment that has been added.
Jennifer Anderson (5/1/25, 5:05 PM):
Don't even think about enrolling in a membership. We rang up the establishment, terminated the membership, and settled to fork over the additional month as stipulated... yet they failed to follow through. From what I've seen, they draw you in with a program and then throw obstacles in your path when you want to terminate it. They will provide you with incorrect information about the cancellation procedure only to later involve collection agencies essentially coercing money out of you. They will pass you back and forth between the 'parent company ABC" and themselves, creating an unworkable situation and pressuring you to make unauthorized payments. THESE INDIVIDUALS ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY.
Isabella Wilson (4/29/25, 2:34 PM):
Their cancellation policy is absolutely dreadful!! I deeply regret joining them as they have made the process very challenging. I attended a training session and was informed that I could cancel at any time, but they failed to mention that I would be tied into a 3-month contract before being able to do so. When I tried to cancel my membership, I was informed that I needed to visit in person. I went, paid a $10 cancellation fee, and yet they still charged me for another month two weeks later. I requested a refund and was told it would take a month to process. I waited patiently, and it has been almost a month and a half with still no sign of a refund!! Exercise caution before deciding to join them.
