The New You Crew completely transformed my physique in just 5 months. Lydia Caballero is an expert personal trainer who applies sports science to deliver incredible results. I went from being an out-of-shape, inflexible office worker to someone brimming with energy, determination, excellent health, and superb fitness levels. Lydia excels at motivating you to push your limits without allowing you to give up, falter, or question your dedication. I've worked with other trainers who seem to take pleasure in making you surrender or throw in the towel, but Lydia is not like that. She is focused on helping you achieve optimal results by ensuring you have excellent form and maximize your progress.
A glimpse of my achievements from training with Lydia includes the following:
1. Remarkable flexibility - I had never been able to touch my toes before, but with her guidance and yoga training, I can now not only touch my toes but also stretch my body in ways I never thought possible. Truly incredible.
2. Increased strength - My strength has soared by over 100% in most areas. I began bench pressing 135lbs for 6 reps, and now I can manage 250lbs for 5 reps. My leg strength has also grown significantly, allowing me to squat and lunge with heavier weights while developing a newfound appreciation for these exercises.
3. Health and physique - When I started, I had high cholesterol, a protruding beer belly, excess weight, and low energy levels. Now, my cholesterol is within normal range, I've dropped from a size 36 to a size 34 waist, shed 12 pounds, sleep soundly, enjoy boundless energy, and most importantly, have very defined muscles in my arms, quads, chest, and even a couple of abs. I am immensely proud of my body.

Ever since I first crossed paths with Michael, he displayed a keen interest in my fitness objectives, the strategies he would employ to assist me in reaching them, and providing access to other exceptional individuals who could offer me support along the way. They've been absolutely fantastic to collaborate with. My trainer took the time to tailor my plan and goals to suit me perfectly. He also tailored a plan for my daughter, personalizing it to her needs as well. There's no judgement here. The support they offer is truly outstanding. And the best part? They don't try to sell you products you don't need. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I joined the New You Crew about 4 months ago, and I must say, working with Michael has been an absolute game-changer! His precision and scientific approach to training are top-notch. When Ah started out, Ah thought Ah knew it all. Ah thought all Ah 'ave to do is eat less and Ah'll lose weight. Blimey, was Ah wrong! Wiv the 'elp of the New You Crew, Ah've learned that food is KEY! It all depends on my goals, age, activity levels, etc. Ah 'ave gotten so much 'elp, Ah've gone from someone who was so overweight and eating wrong that Ah was on Chemo meds to slow my overactive immune system and prescription pain meds for my Connective tissue disease/RA. Now Ah 'ave so much support that Ah've learned to eat right, workout regularly, and Ah'm even training to run a half marathon, which never would 'ave been possible without this amazing group of people who believed in me and showed me 'ow to truly be healthy.
I cannot emphasize enough how incredible the New You Crew really is! When I started my fitness journey, I felt tired, with low stamina, fairly strong but generally sluggish. Collaborating with this team has not only shown me the incredible advantages of proper nutrition but also of physical strength. Even at my age in the mid-50s, I am contemplating powerlifting solely due to the encouragement from Michael and his team. Now, I am 20 lbs lighter, incredibly powerful, and extremely pleased with my body and progress (never thought I would say that). Thank you, New You Crew, for all that you do every day!
