This shop is smashing, always tidy and well-stocked, and I simply adore the staff there. The only reason I'm rating it 4 out of 5 stars is because their rewards scheme doesn't really offer anything practical apart from the odd discount on certain groceries. Gathering points for a nonexistent petrol station is rather pointless! This is my only gripe, albeit a significant one for me, as I like to maximize my savings when shopping and as a result, I don't frequent Weiss as often as I'd fancy.

The store is proper lovely and tidy. You can find heaps of bits and bobs there. The bakery and deli are top-notch. The staff are dead friendly and helpful!

My hubby and I had a jolly good time poppin' into this Market for the first time. The selection of produce and goodies was top-notch, plus the staff were an absolute delight - ever so helpful! We stocked up for our journey and moseyed on to the next town. Cheerio! 🙌

The management of the store shows no regard for customer service. By 6:30 pm, only 2 out of 7 registers are open, with the queues stretching halfway down the aisle. The seafood section, which they advertise so much, is never available after 6 pm. Additionally, the customer service counter doesn't open until 9 am.
Hint: Giant Foods is just one more exit away...

The customer service at this grocery store is top-notch, which is quite uncommon in local shops. I was pleasantly surprised when I asked for directions to an item and they actually escorted me to it.
The variety and quality of products are quite impressive. I've only visited twice since it became Weis, but I have been satisfied with my experience so far.
My son really enjoys the toy section. It may be small, but it offers some unique discoveries. They have different Hot Wheels models, rare Cars movie cars, and items like Nerf guns that are hard to come by.

The property manager will ring you up and have your motor towed if you're a commuter and the commuter car park is chock-a-block. That's not how a community should be treating each other, mate. I won't be backing that shopping centre again, no siree.

The only issue is that they are transitioning to more or mostly self-checkout. So fewer manned registers but no discounts offered to the customer. Right... Less service, same price? Yup, that's wise, right?
Wasn't expecting that, hands full and in a hurry. Surprise, had to wait for a register to open, then learning something new all the while in a hurry.
I think I'll go elsewhere for the near future!
By the way, the deli isn't really a deli. They call themselves a deli but don't make sandwiches. What's up with that? A southern Maryland thing? Oh well.

This store is always spick and span, offers fantastic bargains, and boasts a remarkably helpful team of staff. I never catch them grumbling in the aisles or about their work. What really stands out is when there's a team huddle, they all pause with a grin and genuinely inquire if you require any assistance. I truly value them and purposely venture beyond nearer grocery stores to support them. 😎 And to top it off, they stock Primo water!!!
