Deirdre is a tremendously helpful front desk agent, and the gym is impeccably maintained. I highly recommend giving it a go with a week pass! They offer a wide array of top-notch equipment and a staff that is incredibly laid-back.

I must say, canceling my gym membership has been an absolute nightmare! I was instructed to complete a form to initiate the cancellation procedure. I completed said form months ago, yet they kept billing me each month. Just recently, I discovered a charge of $69 for August on my account, so I phoned them to address this issue. To my dismay, I was informed that the initial cancellation form was never actioned! They are now requesting I visit in person to complete another form. It's uncertain if they will reimburse me, particularly for the month of August. The frustration is real!

I reckon the folks in charge ought to give those treadmills and weight gear a spruce up downstairs. Adding more group classes throughout the day would be smashing. They used to have them every day, but then they went and took them away. Seems like the gym is more focused on getting members to fork out for personal training rather than group sessions.

The cancellation policy at this gym is quite unclear. If you happen to contact your club regarding the termination of your contract, they will not inform you about the requirement of providing a written notice 30 days in advance. In response to a previous comment: I do not deny that the contract includes a provision for a 30-day notice period. I regret that I was at work without access to the contract when I called to discuss contract termination. However, one would expect that the employee I spoke with, to whom I clearly expressed my intention to terminate the contract, would have mentioned the 30-day notice requirement. It seems like they prefer to hide behind the contract instead of taking responsibility for inadequately trained staff. Perhaps they are instructed not to mention the 30-day notice. I wonder how much profit they make from this, charging $100-200 per contract. Hmm...

This gym is absolutely brilliant, much better than the ones I've visited before! The staff are always so friendly, especially Morgan 😁 The gym has fantastic equipment and I really appreciate the fact that they have private rooms for those who prefer to work out in a more discreet setting 🙂...

I absolutely adore this South Anchorage gym! It's huge, clean, and roomy. The women's locker room is lovely, equipped with toilets, sinks, locker areas, showers, and even a sauna. I really appreciate the diverse group of people who frequent this facility. It's truly an excellent spot to go for a workout. A+ all around!
