Absolutely dreadful service!!! 0 stars...

So, the gym is massive with tons of equipment, but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL, they treated me terribly and were extremely rude. When I initially signed up, they were all smiles and sunshine, I had been paying my membership for about 6 months and they were deducting money monthly from my bank account. Then, yesterday they informed me that my membership no longer existed and that I needed to sign up all over again!! So, I show up at the gym today, ready to work out, and I'm met by a super rude lady who tells me I can't enter unless I pay almost $200. She simply says, "You need to pay to get in, if you don't pay, leave!" Very disrespectful and impolite... HORRENDOUS SERVICE, they offer no help in resolving any issues, just direct you to call customer service and wash their hands of the situation... I strongly advise against this gym, they lack basic manners! That's why I'm here sharing my opinion. The cherry on top is that when you first register as a new user, they ask if you can give them 5 stars on Google and a positive review!! Well, given how rude they are, they deserve 1,000 stars!!!! An incredibly unfortunate and unpleasant experience, I had an awful time dealing with that unsympathetic staff.

If you are seeking a spot to focus solely on your workout, engage in personalized training with a coach, participate in group classes, strength sessions, cardio - whatever your preference may be, this establishment offers a wide range of options.

For your first visit, make sure to allocate at least one hour as they aim to ensure that Fitness Connection aligns with your needs. Nevertheless, if they offer what you desire, I assure you it will be worthwhile.

I must give a shoutout to Z: she is the best! She set me up right away upon my arrival. It is evident that she genuinely wants to help you reach your fitness objectives and is not simply there to make a sale.

This gym is absolutely fantastic for getting in a good workout! I particularly enjoy the variety of classes available, especially the yoga sessions. It would be brilliant if they could offer even more classes. Additionally, I appreciate having a separate section just for women to work on weights and cardio. I've been a loyal member at this establishment since it first opened its doors. The gym is always spotless and well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Y'all, let me tell you, this joint used to have a right rubbish rating but now it's gone up a notch. The reason? Them blokes at the gym keep on pushin' ya to slap on a 5-star review soon as you step foot in there (that's why most reviews are fresh as a daisy). Bit of a dodgy gym, if ya ask me.

Disappointing Experience – Deceptive Free Pass Policy

Just received a 5-day complimentary pass for Fitness Connection and was eager to give the gym a go. However, upon arrival, I was turned away under the pretense that I had already utilized a free pass in the past – a claim that is entirely untrue. I have never set foot in any Fitness Connection gym across the country.

It's quite disheartening to be lured in by a promotion only to face rejection due to misinformation. My previous attempt to address this issue in a review was met with the same inaccurate assertion instead of a resolution. This type of treatment does not align with good customer service standards or create a hospitable gym environment.

If you're contemplating sampling this gym with their free pass offer, be prepared for the possibility of it being denied. I was genuinely interested in becoming a member, but following this encounter, I'll be seeking fitness options elsewhere.

Christian was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly accommodating and thorough in showing me around the gym and explaining all of the amenities available. His exceptional service and knowledge were so impressive that he had me signing up for a membership before I even hit the weights! I can already picture myself feeling right at home here :)

This gym is absolutely fab for kickstarting a top-notch and wholesome fitness regimen. They even have a lasses-only zone (for when you fancy working out sans chaps). The lovely folks at the reception are consistently friendly and ready to lend a hand. Big love to Darlene! ❤️

Steer clear of this gym, mate. It's like being in a proper dodgy prison yard with all sorts of unsavory characters about, including a bobby doing rounds, something I've never come across in a gym before. The place itself is a bit rough around the edges, with dumbbells playing hide and seek and benches looking like they've seen better days. But the real kicker was when a bloke had a go at me for taking a breather between sets and demanded I cough up 243 quid for apparently loitering. Blimey!

Between that incident and the general vibe of the place, it's clear this ain't the safest or most welcoming spot to get your sweat on. And let me tell you, the cheap price ain't worth the hassle—better off giving it a wide berth. And don't get me started on those dodgy positive reviews, they must be coming from some bot accounts. Trust me, this gym ain't the bee's knees.
