Apart from the usual complaints about Planet Fitness generally, this gym is the tops in the valley. The staff are unfailingly polite and ready to lend a hand 24/7. The gym and changing rooms are spotless around the clock. With its vast array of equipment and ample space, even during peak hours, it's a breeze to fit in a workout. It'd be the ultimate spot if they added a squat rack and barbell bench zone.

I must say, I was quite pleasantly surprised upon my visit to this gym while staying with my daughter in Arizona. Being a black card member who has frequented various locations on the east coast such as Savannah, GA, Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, Aston, PA, and Wilmington, DE; I can confidently affirm that this gym stands out in terms of cleanliness and the welcoming attitude of its staff. I utilized different areas of the gym for my workout and observed your team meticulously cleaning the equipment. Furthermore, the bathrooms were impeccably maintained. Kudos to you all for the excellent work!

I admire the tidiness and spaciousness of the gym facility, as well as its convenient proximity to a bus stop. I've visited several Planet Fitness locations, and I often evaluate them. There's this individual I've noticed during weekday mornings, typically between 9-10 am, who lacks any sense of friendliness. His demeanor comes across as either rude or simply lacking in warmth. For instance, when I asked him if they had a bandaid because my finger was bleeding, there were no paper towels in the restroom when I tried to clean it. In any other Planet Fitness branch, they would have made an effort to locate one. Perhaps he was the only staff member on duty at the time? Nevertheless, his disposition appears unwelcoming. This is the second occasion where I've encountered such a demeanor. Furthermore, no one ever greets or bids farewell at this establishment.

This gym location is so much more lively compared to the one I frequented before! It's incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, but my only gripe is that the music can be a tad too loud at times 😭 Whether I'm tuning into a podcast, YouTube video, or my own playlist, it's quite challenging to focus on the audio or even collect my thoughts due to the blasting tunes. I get the desire to maintain a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, but hey, it's a gym, not a club 🫠 perhaps consider toning it down a notch? I'm eagerly anticipating the opening of the new branch on McQueen, in the hopes that the music won't be as ear-piercing 🙃

I must say, it's been quite a while since I last stepped foot in the gym due to this whole pandemic situation that started back in 2020. But just the other day, I finally made my grand return, and let me tell you, I was absolutely blown away by all the newfangled equipment and the staff's dedication to ensuring a spotless and secure setting.

The staff be always so friendly and welcoming, mate. The gym be kept clean as a whistle. Plenty of room to do your exercises without feeling cramped. And the amenities be top-notch, no doubt about it.

The chaps at this gym are quite impolite, especially the bloke who answers the blower. My lass has been trying to cancel her membership but can't pop in during the morn to chat with a manager due to school obligations. They're making it awfully complicated, particularly after my daughter was given a rough time there. Why bother offering an email address for cancellations if they're so set on giving out dodgy information? Can't say I'd recommend this spot.
