Great working machines. The staff were professional and accommodated me well. The bathrooms were clean and the weights were organized.

I must warn you that gaining access to this gym is only possible through their app, where they insist on gathering a considerable amount of personal biometric information, all supposedly in aid of creating a personalized meal plan.

Furthermore, the lack of staff presence, excessively loud music (who frequents gyms without headphones, really?), and limited space do not contribute to an enjoyable workout experience. The sole benefit is that the gym operates around the clock.

This establishment is rather chaotic and lacks professionalism. The majority of equipment is in disrepair and non-functional. The staff presence at this location is minimal. The pricing is exorbitant. When attempting to terminate a membership in person and adhere to a policy (As per the standard of Snap Fitness), there is absolutely no one available. The facility is quite vexing. In terms of management, staff, and overall business operation, significant improvements are necessary. If it were possible, I would rate this establishment with zero stars. I would not recommend visiting this gym under any circumstances.

I am so grateful for the new owners! I have been a member for as long as the gym has been open, and it was so neglected in recent years. The only reason I kept going was because of the location and having the gym to myself. But now, I am thrilled to have a clean, remodeled gym run by a fantastic manager and owned by people who truly care about their customers' experience. Go check them out!

They never pick up the blower and it seems bloody impossible to cancel your membership. I left a message on the blower asking to cancel and handed back my key card, but I'm still being charged.
