It's a rather average Planet Fitness, the gym provides the necessary equipment for a decent workout. I'm a black membership holder and find the designated area quite satisfactory. I wish they would clean more frequently. The paper towels provided are of very poor quality, they tear easily when I try to use them for wiping down the equipment I've used, which can be quite frustrating. It seems like at times no one cleans up after me because I find things in the same state as I left them a day or two ago. I do appreciate the feature on the Planet Fitness app that shows how crowded the gym is, but it doesn't always specify which section is busy, such as the cardio machines or the weights area. The staff and parking facilities here are good, and the gym is conveniently located right off the highway.

I have always had a fantastic experience with this gym, Maxine's, as the workout equipment is usually in excellent condition and readily available for me to complete my exercises. Additionally, the club is conveniently located just 5 minutes from my house. The staff members are always polite and helpful whenever I need assistance.

+ Tidy. Not too busy. - Chilly. They forget to refill the hand sanitizers on the walls around the gym. No squat racks or benches, just Smith machines and free dumbbells up to 75 lbs. When will they finally fix the urinal in the men's restroom? It's been at least two months.

This gym 'as filthy bathrooms and a 'uge drain fly problem. The showers and bathrooms seem like they're nevah clean. The equipment is worn and torn up mats. They apparently got new equipment but it seems to only be the dumbbells and added stair master. I've reported the dirty bathrooms multiple times but no one does anything. I can't going to this location because it's so close to my 'ouse but now will be going to a further location.

I began frequenting this establishment a couple of years ago prior to the refurbishment, and ceased due to work commitments and some regrettable choices on my part. However, in June 2021, I resumed my visits. The gym is consistently well-maintained, and the entire team unfailingly exhibits professionalism and amiability. Whether I attend in the early afternoon on weekdays, late in the evening, or even at the crack of dawn on weekends, I have never encountered any problems. The staff members create a welcoming atmosphere and readily address any queries I may have.

Generally, the staff here is top-notch when it comes to customer service. They always greet me warmly with a smile and a cheerful hello, wishing me a good workout. However, on Saturday September 13th, a young lady named "Ro" was at the front desk. She didn't offer a greeting or a smile, and when I said hello, she didn't respond. I hope that appropriate action will be taken with her. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated.

I am terribly upset as it was my inaugural visit to Planet Fitness, and I was assured that I would be greeted warmly and given a tour to familiarize myself with the equipment. Upon entering, the gentleman was engaged in conversation with a client and informed me that he was the sole staff member at the front desk, and that he would assist me once he had finished with his current customer, estimating it would take 10-15 minutes. Being a patient and understanding individual, I waited for an extended period of time. However, 40-50 minutes passed, during which he was socializing and laughing with others. I attempted to give myself a tour, but ultimately gave up due to feeling foolish and lost. As I started to leave, I noticed him seated at a nearby table, casually chatting with others. He bid me farewell as I departed. I chose to leave quietly rather than cause a scene, but I am deeply disappointed by the negative experience I encountered. I did not feel welcome nor acknowledged; instead, I felt disregarded and overlooked.

One of the finest Planet Fitness locations in the area, I must say. This establishment boasts a generous array of cardio equipment and an ample selection of weight machines. Interestingly enough, this particular PF underwent a transformation from its previous identity as Fitness Evolution, resulting in the introduction of all-new facilities such as dressing rooms and bathrooms. A complete remodel ensued, rendering the premises spotless. Cheers to that!

This spot is really splendid, indeed. Ever since PF commandeered the helm, the locale has undergone a transformation of epic proportions, with a surplus of illumination, pristine environs, and state-of-the-art locker room amenities. The personnel exude warmth and exhibit an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. A smile graces the faces of all upon entry, and this small gesture holds great sway. These are trying times for everyone, and while my visits to the gym have been irregular since the onset of the pandemic, it is not a reflection on the staff. Their industrious efforts have not gone unnoticed, prompting me to maintain my membership in hopes of the gym's prosperity. I eagerly anticipate resuming my regular visits post-vaccination. Keep up the stellar work. Adore it!

I absolutely love working out at the Fort Washington PF. The team is so friendly, helpful, and easy to chat with. Manager Rick is always around and approachable; you can find him at the front desk, roaming the gym, or checking out classes. And let me tell you about our trainer, Russel - he's not only super adaptable and patient but also a total expert on torching fat, getting stronger, and building muscle. Plus, he knows how to make classes both enjoyable and tough. I can't recommend this gym enough!

I do appreciate the convenience of this gym, the staff consistently maintains a clean environment. On behalf of the staff, this review would warrant 5 stars.
Nevertheless, I am giving it 3 stars due to the New Equipment! Planet Fitness failed to consider the needs of taller and larger individuals. The equipment might appear stylish, but it is rather compact and lacks the robustness of the earlier models. Frankly, the New equipment seems low-quality! Sadly, my options at this gym will be limited to Strength training from now on.
