Regrettably, I am not a member of the studio due to living quite a distance away, but I make use of their on-demand programs frequently - both outdoors and on the treadmill! The coaches all design fantastic workouts that have really boosted my training. They are incredibly motivating and supportive throughout all the sessions. Additionally, I recently purchased some of their running gear - it is extremely comfortable and ideal for training in cold weather! I would highly recommend &running to anyone, regardless of their level, seeking running guidance and training.

I had the pleasure of attending a 6am class at Running & Co on a Tuesday morning. The atmosphere was fantastic. The gym area was incredibly well-appointed and inviting. The lighting and music really set the tone for a great workout. The treadmills were top-notch. The instructors provided excellent guidance during the class, resulting in a challenging and effective workout. I definitely plan to incorporate this into my regular running routine.

I've been a member for two years and I can't praise this gym enough! The whole treadmill and weightlifting concept is just what I need to keep in shape as I get older. The staff are friendly but push you to work hard, and the workouts can be tailored to your own fitness level.

My mate at work had been banging on about this gym for ages and I finally caved in and went; and I'm chuffed that I did! I love the Beginner and Intervals & Strength classes. The workouts are proper knackering but I feel mint once I've finished. I'm keen to up my gym game next year. The coaches are top-notch and really know how to keep you going. Even when you're knackered, they give you a good push to keep at it. Wish I'd started going sooner, to be honest! Cheers!

The tunes, the ambiance, the chill vibes of the studio, the immaculate cleanliness, the cheery instructors, the aesthetic of the place (so sleek, so neat)…I could gab on and on. I've been dwelling nearby for donkey's years and only just gave it a whirl. Oh, what a bloomer I've made by not hopping on board sooner. Such is life! Take heed from my blunder and get yourself there toute suite. The fitness sessions are a proper challenge - but in a jolly good way - and, dare I say, rather enjoyable!

These 1-hour workouts are just the ticket for my busy schedule and daily commute. I really appreciate the focus on treadmill and free weight exercises - simple, effective, no frills. They pack a punch and leave me feeling accomplished. Trying to motivate myself at a regular gym just doesn't give me the same results.
