Upon entering the gym, Heidi extended a warm welcome. Daniel, stationed at the front desk, was exceptionally helpful in assisting me and my guest with taking our photos and obtaining my access card.

I am thoroughly enjoying my experience at this establishment and feel confident that I am on the right path towards achieving my fitness goals. As a proud Black Card member, I am able to indulge in luxuries such as massage chairs, hydromassage, and more. The impeccable cleanliness of the restrooms, facilities, and equipment truly impresses me.

I appreciate the availability of TV channels that cater to my preferences and the dedicated 30-minute circuit area. Going to the gym has become a pleasurable experience for me; I no longer feel self-conscious as the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to individuals of all ages looking to improve their fitness levels!

My pal Louie from the late nights is always welcoming and ensures a positive experience as soon as you step in. This spot is my top choice for workouts - all the equipment works perfectly and is well-maintained, and the folks there always emanate good vibes when I arrive, ha! I hit this spot five days a week after putting the kids to bed to get my workout in and wrap up the day. Definitely a five-star spot in my book!

They are prompt in helping me out whenever needed, and do a stellar job of keeping the gym spick and span, making sure all the equipment is in top-notch condition. I've been a regular visitor, hitting the gym 4-5 times a week for the past month, and haven't encountered any problems at all. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this gym to fellow fitness enthusiasts.

I didn't manage to catch anyone's name, but the whole team was so welcoming and friendly. The gym is incredibly clean, and I'm really pleased that I finally joined after lots of doubts... I had a blast. Next time I'm there, I'll make sure to find out their names. One of the guys there did an excellent job of trying to get me involved in a group; he asked about my experience... it genuinely made me feel like they care. Thanks for the fantastic customer service... it truly makes a difference.

No issues encountered with this gym, except for the cleanliness of the facility which is often subpar. Aside from that, a good job overall.

Security told my mate he couldn't enter as the car park was shut. I possess a black card to grant him access... no worries, the individual at the reception was amiable when I terminated my membership. I contacted my bank to explain the issue, initiated a chargeback, and successfully reclaimed my funds. No plans of returning.

Planet Fitness is a top-notch gym for those who are newbies to exercising and gyms in general. The gym is spotless and well-organized. The staff are incredibly friendly. The equipment is pristine and modern. My only complaint is the limited availability of free weights. The dumbbells only go up to 75 pounds? Other than that, it's a great gym for beginners.

BEFORE considering joining ANY gym, make sure to thoroughly READ all the reviews. I recently went through all the reviews regarding the showers and it's clear that the management has been aware of the issue with no hot water for over a year now, yet they have taken no action to fix it. The lack of hot water is a major letdown.

As a frequent traveler, one of the reasons I opted for the black card membership was the convenience of having access to a hot shower 24/7 while on the road. It's really disappointing to find that 2 out of 3 locations only offer cold water showers. The absence of hot water has me seriously contemplating canceling my membership and finding another gym, even if it means paying a bit extra.

I do enjoy a tidy gym! The gym has cleaning stations all over the place, making it a breeze to wipe down machines before and after use. They offer a wide variety of equipment for full-body workouts. I really can't find anything to nitpick about. My only wish is that they also offered group fitness classes. I did take a look at 24 HR Fitness, but the atmosphere didn't sit well with me. It felt like they were solely focused on pushing their priciest membership. Their equipment layout wasn't to my liking either. It's quite cramped and challenging to navigate around when using free weights. I highly recommend opting for a Planet Fitness membership instead.
