The owneahs and trainahs at BodyFit Boise have made a huge impact on my life by offehing a wide range of options to work out and stay in shape. From private coaching sessions, group activities, the hybrid program, and a focus on nutrition, this facility is one of the best I've eveah been involved with.

It's not just about exercising and eating right. The staff really puts in the effoht to help members develop new habits that they can continue even after their membership ends.

It's not just about losing weight and reducing body fat. These are additional benefits of adopting a healthy lifestyle that you can maintain long after you leave the gym. Though I don't quite understand why anyone would want to do that.

They don't hoard knowledge. They willingly share their years of experience and expertise, and are always ready to answer questions for those looking to make a significant change in their lives.

They are welcoming, supportive, and assist all members by offering outreach, ongoing training and education, as well as a diverse range of programs to meet individuals at their current level.

There's no judgement here, and fellow members help motivate and inspire me to keep pushing forward.

If ye be lookin' to be motivated in yer workouts and witness great gains, then I do wholeheartedly suggest payin' a visit to Bodyfit. Not only be their crew well-informed, but they be mighty friendly and encourage ye to reach yer goals. There be scarce places where ye can partake in such intimate group trainin' and still have it feel like a one-on-one experience!

I arrived at Bodyfit with zero fitness knowledge. The gym atmosphere was a bit daunting and I felt out of place. However, Shawn made me feel comfortable and began my training at a suitable level. I'm incredibly thankful for everyone there. They are truly experts in their field!

Those are my stats. I can't tell you exactly what they mean, numbers are not my game- what I CAN tell you is this.

I went in scared to pay the amount of money I did for the 6 week challenge, because I was afraid that like everything else, it would be a waste of my time, efforts and cash. I'm not rich. I don't have even $25.00 a month to waste on anything. Every single dime has to be accounted for in my life, or I fall behind. And previously everything I have ever tried before to lose weight, I have failed in.

But I didn't give up, and here is what happened.

I went in to Bodyfit personal training feeling insecure, and scared, always hard on myself. Shawn talked real to me that first day. He told me what to expect, and to throw my scale away. I didn't understand it, so I kept it in my house. He worked out a plan that I was able to take with me and work on throughout the week, and a very specific macro diet that he told me would be the hardest part of the challenge. Believe me, it wasn't. Getting up out of the house to get there twice a week was. Not allowing myself to quit was. I had all kinds of excuses, but none of them stronger than feeling like I didn't want to look like a failure to them.

I worked out twice a week with Jake. He held me accountable for everything- without allowing me to feel like a failure. At one point I could tell he was even irritated- I asked him "You ok?" he said "No. I'm frustrated with you always talking down about yourself, when its only you who is in here doing the work. You aren't the lies you tell yourself" (Paraphrasing here, but he was not joking with me and I got the message) That was my "A-Ha" moment. He wasn't tearing me down. He was telling me he wanted me to believe in me as much as he does.

These guys won't let you fail- they let you experience what it means to succeed in just exactly the right amount.

In the end, they lifted me up. They showed me how to turn 47 years of hopeless failures in the fitness department into self-motivation, self-love, and a desire to do better for me.

Yesterday was my final stats review - the end of the six weeks- and until that moment of seeing my results, I felt like I failed, again- I was 1.2 lbs heavier than when I started.

But the reality is - Because they cared enough to help build me up- in all areas, I realize now that the weight gain is a healthy weight gain because I have more lean mass now than I did, and less fat mass.
I came home and threw out my very expensive digital scale. THAT was a waste of money!

Looking at the stats makes no sense to a guy like me. What does make sense is I am wearing smaller clothing, I am eating better, rarely hungry anymore and I am following their eating plan, finally- I am walking more, and I go to the gym now because I WANT to, not because I feel like I am going to fail if I don't. I take my dog for walks now instead of just opening the door and telling him to "Go out back".

What Shawn and Jake do is more than just put weights in your hand and tell you to lift. They change lives. They changed my life. If I wasn't moving back to Oregon, I would find more money to give them every month. It wasn't just something I paid for.. Bodyfit personal training is the greatest investment I ever made for my personal life.

Alex, Sedona, Jake and Shawn 'ave been absolutely brilliant to work with. Shawn sorted me out with a top-notch nutrition plan. The whole crew kept me motivated and for the first time ever, I actually 'ad fun working out. Fantastic spot to get in shape!

I absolutely adore the entire BodyFit team! Alec designs some fantastic programs and constantly motivates me to give it my all. I really value how both Alec and Courtney understand my capabilities and strengths, allowing them to challenge me just enough. Moreover, I've had the pleasure of meeting some amazing individuals at BodyFit, enhancing the enjoyment of our group workout sessions!

I began my fitness journey with this fantastic group of trainers over 2 years ago, and from the very first 6 weeks, I sensed that I had discovered my true fitness haven. It has been the most exceptional fitness experience I have ever encountered. My only lament is that I did not come across them sooner. In my 40s, I never imagined I could achieve the feats I am conquering now. The level of support is truly unparalleled!

I must say, I absolutely adore my workouts at BodyFit! It's a complete game-changer for me, as I never used to enjoy exercising until now. BodyFit offers a unique approach to getting fit—it's like having a personalized training session within a small group setting. The trainers are true experts in their field! Sedona, Alec, Jake, and Shawn are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, caring, and motivating.

The workout sessions last just 45 minutes, and time really does fly by. Despite being challenging, they are also enjoyable—believe it or not, I actually look forward to them! I started in October last year, and I am amazed at how much stronger I've become today, not to mention the weight loss I've achieved. I can't express enough gratitude to these wonderful individuals for helping me reach goals that I once thought were impossible.
