I've been a member of this gym for the past 8 months, and let me tell you, it's been a smashing experience! I pop in every morning without fail. The chaps and gals on the staff are an absolute delight. Alex and Kat are top-notch, always ready to lend a hand or have a chinwag to answer any queries. And they're just so jolly encouraging, it really lifts your spirits. I say, don't think twice, this gym gets my highest recommendation! Cheers!

I’ve been attending this gym since day one when they first opened their doors. I’ve witnessed numerous transformations and a diverse range of staff members. Currently, the gym is impeccably clean and the staff are incredibly supportive. There have been highs and lows over the years, but that’s part of the journey. Joining this Planet Fitness is definitely a fantastic choice.

The facilities in the BCM area are absolutely knackered, mate. The temperature in the club is hotter than a blazing furnace. The place is in a right state, all worn down and torn up, so I decided to call it quits on my membership. On top of that, you can forget about parking on Sundays because of the church in the same plaza. It's a proper nightmare, I tell ya!

I previously checked out Planet Fitness, specifically the one on Chickasaw. The team there is exceptionally friendly. Upon entering, they warmly welcome you and are quick to assist. They're truly great individuals.

At the Bell aisle location, the staff may not be as amiable, but it boasts superior facilities with modern equipment, an excellent tanning array, as well as massage chairs/tables.

I had a fantastic experience working out at this gym. They have a wide selection of machines to choose from, making it easy to switch up my routine. The pricing is reasonable and you can definitely get a good workout in. However, I did have one negative encounter where I felt a bit judged. Usually, I make sure to put away my weights after using them, but one day I accidentally left a couple of plates on the smith machine. As I was leaving, one of the trainers made a comment about it, reminding me to put away my weights next time. Since then, I've been extra diligent about putting away any weights I see lying around, even if they weren't mine.

Absolutely dreadful customer service and an unhelpful counter representative. Their unwillingness to assist me with setting up my account manually was truly disheartening. To make matters worse, when I arrived, they weren't even present at the counter despite a line forming with three other individuals. Not everyone is inclined to utilize mobile applications!

As an Uber driver navigating the graveyard shift, obtaining a gym membership was intended to provide me with the opportunity to shower, work out, and unwind after a strenuous night's work. It was profoundly frustrating to be denied the traditional assistance, coerced into downloading the app, and subjected to the sight of Jim engaging in a lengthy conversation with the security guard about their personal matters. The entire encounter was not only embarrassing but also incredibly inconvenient and self-serving.

Having to remove previously downloaded apps in order to accommodate yours was an added hassle. All I desired was a classic membership card for ease of access.
