I would totally recommend Shape gym, mate. I work out twice a week with Coach Geena and she is absolutely brilliant!!! She really pushes me and keeps me motivated during my sessions. I really like how she includes some Yoga in the warm up and cool down. Since training with her, my flexibility and strength have definitely improved. Cheers!

Greetings, mates! I felt compelled to swing by and drop a bit more insight on me review. For a good few months now, I've been diving headfirst into class pass fitness sessions all 'round the city. After me fair share of workouts at places like F45 and Mecka, I can confidently proclaim that Shape reigns supreme in Pittsburgh, no doubt about it. Their workouts are the toughest, yet they cater to all fitness levels. The effort they put into crafting their group fitness routines is truly top-notch, boasting a swell space with a vast array of equipment. They keep things fresh by switching up exercises regularly and employ coaches who are absolute pros. Love how those coaches give you that extra push by counting down your reps, spurring you on to keep at it. They really go the extra mile by cheering you on and keeping you motivated. Without question, Shape offers the crème de la crème in Pittsburgh.

I've been a regular at Shape for half a year now, and let me tell ya, this place is the bee's knees! Been attending their group fitness classes (8 per month) since day one, and I'm over the moon with the progress I've made! I'm running faster, lifting heavier, and seeing some major changes in my bod!

Every group fitness session is a unique experience, chock-full of different strength, cardio, and mobility exercises that keep things lively. The coaches switch up the routines every time, and they're an absolute delight - so motivating and passionate. I push myself way harder in class compared to when I work out solo at the gym! Plus, it's a real bargain, especially for us grad students looking for a great workout without breaking the bank. This place is the real deal and I can't recommend it enough!
