Lovely establishment. I travel quite a bit and this Planet Fitness was bustling yet impeccably tidy. I made use of the hybrid booth, the bulbs were brand new. I actually left a bit early as I didn't want to overdo it. The showers were pristine and toasty, with a clever design that allows for changing right in the area (unlike most Planet Fitness branches where changing areas are detached from the showers). There was an abundance of amiable staff who were more than happy to assist with any inquiries.

Absolutely loving my gym! I enjoy strolling on the treadmill and find the 30-minute workout section quite delightful. I've had my membership for a couple of months now. I signed up for the black card so I could also enjoy tanning. I really enjoy going because it's so relaxing to get my workout in and then catch some rays at the same time. However, over the last few weeks, I've been facing the same issue. I plan my workout time, sign up for my tanning slot before getting started, and then when I head up to tan, my slot is already taken and I end up waiting. Today, for example, I had reserved the 9:18 slot. When I got there, they told me it would be just a few minutes, but I ended up waiting for 13 minutes and the bed still wasn't ready. The tanning sessions are supposed to be only 12 minutes, with a 20-minute gap between slots. The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude and started giving me attitude. I was complaining to my boyfriend about the wait, and the guy jumped into our conversation with an attitude as well. When my boyfriend asked if there was anything he could do since we could see several beds not in use, the guy said no and smirked. I left without being able to tan and I'm absolutely furious because this is not the first or second time this has happened.

I absolutely adore coming in for a tan at this establishment. Nonetheless, there have been three separate occasions where the staff inputted the incorrect time for my session. On two occasions, they set the timer for too long, resulting in sunburn. Today, I requested a 10-minute session but was only given 9 minutes. Although I did bring up the issue during the first two instances, I chose not to address it today. It is crucial for them to be attentive and precise when it comes to tanning.

I've frequented this gym several times, and most of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. However, today, Eric, who works there, was EXTREMELY RUDE! I hadn't seen him before, fortunately, and pray that I won't have to encounter him again. I will literally schedule my workouts around his absence. I had my mother with me, who was considering joining, but after observing his behavior, she adamantly refused. He treated me with utter disrespect! If this were my primary gym, I would terminate my membership promptly! It's disheartening how one unkind, arrogant, judgmental individual can tarnish the entire club's reputation! For a facility that promotes itself as a judgment-free zone, it might be beneficial to enlighten Eric on this concept! I was treated like an animal, invisible even! It's unfortunate because everyone else I've interacted with there has been warm and welcoming. Eric, you are mean!!!!!!!
