DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!!
After being a member for two years, I made the decision to cancel my membership. The issue lies in the fact that the buyout policy resets annually, and mine was set for January. This implies that you can only terminate your membership once a year without incurring a fee. While I could have accepted this if I had not completed the full first year, the annual reset feels quite scammy. I recommend joining Planet Fitness instead - they offer superior equipment and won't hit you with a $502 charge to end your membership.

Started only for the biggest loser competition, after going to classes and realizing how friendly the staff and other gym members are, I made the decision to join... there are also classes throughout the day that can fit my work schedule too.

The staff is so lovely and full of energy, I absolutely adore it! The gym is super clean, with a wide range of equipment, and they serve amazing smoothies and coffee (which are what keep me coming in the mornings). I absolutely love my gym! It definitely helps me achieve my body goals.

I say, chum, I 'ad a bit o' bother with this 'ere gym, y'see. Got meself a couple o' late fees coz they didn't update me billing details after I changed me address. 'Ad to explain to the bloke at the front desk that credit cards won't go through if the billing info ain't right. 'E looked a tad surprised, but eventually sorted it out, though 'e wouldn't give me a refund, saying the system handles it all. When I rang up to cancel me membership, they said they'd get back to me, but after a few days of waitin', I 'ad to ring 'em up again before someone finally cancelled it. Then they told me I'd still be charged for the next month 'cause I hadn't called in time. When I mentioned I 'ad, they brushed me off sayin' it was me word against theirs and refused a refund. Ended up 'avin' to do a chargeback on me credit card to avoid that next month's fee.

Wasn't gonna make a fuss, but then today I got a promotional message tryin' to tempt me back into reactivatin' me membership, which really makes me question their customer service, dunnit?

CAUTION!!! They automatically renew your contract and sneak it in the fine print so it’s hard to find. Then charge you hundreds of dollars to cancel. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO CAJUN FITNESS, instead I'll go to Red Lerilles!
