I had an unpleasant encounter with a staff member at the front desk of the gym. I was unaware of a situation regarding my membership and when I approached him for assistance, he was dismissive and spoke to me in a condescending manner. I believe that the role of the front desk staff is to provide support and answer any queries customers may have. His unprofessional attitude and lack of good customer service left me feeling disappointed.

Planet Fitness is a top-notch place, can't fault it. The price is reasonable. It's only worth it if you actually go. Just like those streaming services. It's a waste of money if you never use it - that's why I'm thinking of canceling Netflix but they make it so tricky to do so. Canceling Planet Fitness can also be a bit of a challenge, but I reckon it gets easier after a year. The only reason I would consider canceling my Planet Fitness membership is because I spend a lot of time abroad, but lately I've been making more use of the membership at various locations with the black card VIP membership - it's a sweet deal. The massage chairs are a real treat. For some folks, the massage chairs are more of a necessity than the exercise gear (we do physical labor, so cardio isn't as crucial).

This has to be the most pristine, attractive Planet Fitness location I've visited, with some of the most exceptional staff I've encountered.

There is ample parking available, and the gym isn't too crowded. They have a wide array of new equipment, both in the locker rooms and with the actual machines.

Buyer Beware here at the SCV location. It's nearly impossible to cancel with these folks. Despite canceling in person and through the app, our requests were ignored. We were billed for 6 MONTHS after cancellation, and they adamantly refuse to issue a refund! Dreadful business ethics; just another company that disregards its customers. Any establishment that imposes such obstacles to ending a subscription isn't deserving of anyone's attention.

Absolutely splendid service from Mr. Dylan this evening! He assisted me in transferring my home gym membership, providing a lock for the locker, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This gym is consistently pristine and offers a wide variety of machines that are not typically found at other locations.
