Fantastic workouts, delightful atmosphere, and a splendid sense of community. The best part - the camps are only 45 minutes long. It’s truly the most effective and enjoyable use of 45 minutes! Each day introduces a new protocol which keeps the workouts engaging and fun.

The trainers are outstanding and they assist you in adjusting your workout based on your fitness journey. They pay close attention to your form no matter where you are stationed. Focus meetings help you stay on course and provide that personalized time to discuss your goals with the trainers - whether it's regarding nutrition, preparing for your first 5K or marathon, or mastering your first push-up. Everyone is extremely welcoming and amiable. And the floating floor makes exercising much easier on the joints.

Huge kudos to Lynae for bringing her inspiring energy each day and constantly offering encouragement. Her expertise, enthusiasm, sense of humor, and belief in your capabilities make her an exceptional trainer!

Another special shout out to Mia. Her fitness prowess and vibrant energy are always so motivating. She knows how to squeeze out that extra rep or two from you.

Jason and Michelle are phenomenal trainers who know how to push you to ensure you are appropriately challenged. It's truly inspiring to have a trainer working out alongside you on the floating floor. Their determination serves as constant motivation and a reminder that no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you will always be pushed to progress.
