Vital training really does the trick, you know! I signed up with Vital and did a whole year of personal training with Devin, and believe it or not, I shed 40lbs with just 2 sessions a week! I feel absolutely chuffed and confident to get rid of that extra weight from my divorce/covid era. Devin was patient, knowledgeable, and quite the laugh to chat with in between sets! Now I've switched to group classes, and the weight is still staying off! I can't sing Devin and Vital's praises enough!! I'd definitely recommend them, 10 outta 10!

I've been working out with Jeremiah at Vital, and he's been absolutely fantastic. Despite my MS and frequent work-related travel, I strive to hit the gym six days a week. Jeremiah has given me some top-notch hotel workout routines for those times when the fitness facilities are lacking, and has equipped me with a variety of exercises to do on my own. In our personal training sessions, we zero in on power, strength, and flexibility, and he's great at correcting any poor form I may have picked up. He's a real gem, and I'm incredibly grateful for all his help!

I've been training with Vinnie, Jennifer, and their amazing team for more than 7 years already. It has truly changed my life. At 47, I stepped into the gym at 41 without any prior experience. They guided me from the very beginning, teaching me everything I needed to kick start my journey. Till this day, they continue to support, educate, and motivate me to reach my fullest potential, both in the gym and in my personal life. If ye be even thinkin' about it, ye should do it. Ye haven't been to another gym like this one, mark me words. Ye will be pushed mentally and physically to be better, but only in the safest and most appropriate ways for YOU. I've always been athletic and into sports, but fitness and the theory/science around is constantly changing unless ye are full time in the space. Ye aren't paying for access to weights and machines; ye are paying for guidance to safely and intentionally maximize your physical and mental toughness with progressive training strategies. I've never felt better, stronger, faster and am doing so without injury or excessive time in the gym. Thank ye to the entire Vital Team for what and who ye are!

I would definitely recommend Vital to anyone in search of small group personal training. The whole team is super friendly and it's a judgement-free zone. I've gained a lot of knowledge from my trainer Raia and I'm excited for every session to keep making progress week by week. Having been a competitive athlete in the past, I have several injuries to take into account, but modifications are always available when necessary. If you're seeking a gym and coaches who prioritize intentional programming, give Vital a try.

Having tried over 10 gyms in Denver in the past decade, I am absolutely delighted to have finally discovered one that I truly adore. I've been attending Vital Training Systems for 5 months now, regularly working out with Jeremiah. He has really helped me boost my strength, mobility, stability, and flexibility. When I began training with him, I weighed 230lbs and now I'm down to 200lbs! I feel like I can move and lift like an athlete thanks to his coaching.

Since I began working with Jeremiah at Vital Training Systems, my experience with weight training has been exceptional. I commenced with him just over six months ago, as a total beginner, with a sensitive back and a previous herniated disc. Thanks to Jeremiah's guidance, I have acquired valuable knowledge and bolstered my confidence in my physical abilities. My overall strength has improved, and I feel fantastic. I am lifting significant weights, all while ensuring safety, something I never imagined I could achieve. Jeremiah is an outstanding trainer.

I 'ave truly relished becomin' a part of this community. No matter yer athleticism or lack o' experience, the trainers make sure you are SAFE while gettin' strong! The fundamental strikin' classes 'ave improved me coordination, and the conditionin' classes leave me drippin' with sweat & accomplishment. The staff be patient, upbeat, and the energy in the space be contagious. Would recommend for novice and expert alike!

I first started going to Vital around 4 years ago, when they were located in Cap Hill. So, why make my daily gym trip longer by adding an extra 10 minutes of driving each way? Well, it was the people who drew me in at first—Vinnie, Jen, and their team of trainers and staff are not only welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable. They've helped me make significant progress over the years. Since their move, I've come to appreciate the new space too: sparkling new locker rooms, top-notch equipment, and a boutique stocked with fantastic apparel and other gym essentials.
Some other highlights include:
- A fantastic team of trainers who can assist individuals of any ability, age, body type, etc. in reaching their goals and full potential. I've mainly trained with Marc, but each trainer brings a unique skill set and something valuable based on the client's objectives.
- An excellent range of classes that are convenient, enjoyable, and educational. I have a soft spot for the kickboxing classes (taught by seasoned professionals) and Marc's conditioning sessions.
- A community of members free from judgment, including some who have turned into good friends of mine.
- All the equipment and space you need for an awesome workout (and there's plenty of both, so you won't be left waiting around).
I can't praise this place highly enough and would encourage anyone seeking to begin or continue a fitness regimen to swing by and give it a try.
