I absolutely adore this gym! The trainers and members are incredibly supportive. From attending a fun themed event as a guest of my friend who is a member, to participating in a high-energy Side Kick Saturday class, and even undertaking a challenging 6-week program despite facing unexpected hurdles due to medical reasons, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I stayed on track. Since my initial visit, I have consistently felt embraced by the community here. I am now a proud member and thoroughly enjoying every moment of it! ❤️

I was on the hunt for a martial arts-inspired workout that didn't involve any physical combat. Having dabbled in various martial arts over the years, I was keen on finding a fitness routine that didn't leave me with bruises or the fear of taking a hit. It seemed like traditional gyms no longer offered cardio kickboxing classes, so I turned to Google for help and stumbled upon a kickboxing studio in my area.

Initially, I was hesitant to sign up, but the studio provided flexible options. They assured that if I wasn't satisfied with the classes or couldn't afford them anymore, I could cancel my membership with 30 days' notice (though I recommend double-checking this policy with them). I decided to give it a shot and attended a brief 30-minute express class on a Saturday morning.

To my surprise, the class was fantastic and truly challenging. Despite my assumptions, the 30-minute session was far from easy - it really pushed me. Encouraged by this experience, I recently completed a one-hour class. While I managed to make it through, I did need to take a few breaks to catch my breath. The instructors were incredibly friendly and ensured everyone felt welcome and included.

I must say, I find myself now truly motivated and engaged. Excited to see where this fitness journey takes me! Stay tuned, folks!

I completed the 6-week challenge at the gym. I had called to request a one-week extension due to having the flu during my final week. Initially, I was informed that this could be arranged. However, upon trying to schedule my classes, another staff member informed me that I was not eligible for an extension as it was the six-week challenge. This inconsistency in information left me feeling frustrated as I had invested a significant amount of money and received no flexibility in return. It's disappointing that there wasn't more understanding considering unforeseen circumstances like illness. I had intended to write a better review, but this experience has altered my perception. Quite unreasonable, in my opinion.
