Philip Lewis (6/4/25, 4:51 AM):
I've attended numerous youth sports games at this venue over the years. The facility consistently appears clean, well-maintained, and versatile for a range of activities.
Amelia Howard (6/3/25, 7:15 PM):
The facilities are top-notch, but I had to cancel my membership due to the overcrowding in the evenings. Parking is impossible to find, which means zero machine time for me. It also fills up with teenagers who treat it more like a hangout spot than a gym.
Rose Torres (6/3/25, 8:42 AM):
I am delighted that this was constructed for the south side of town, it is truly the finest I have encountered!
Emily Gonzalez (6/2/25, 1:50 AM):
It's a tidy, spacious place that's maintained well. It can get a bit busy in the evenings, like any gym with lots of foot traffic. The workout facilities are top-notch. One thing to note, though, is that the benches are on the narrow side for those who lift heavy. Also, the dumbbells only go up to 125.
Kathryn Kim (6/1/25, 11:59 PM):
I came here with my mum and we absolutely love it! The opening hours are decent, the childcare facilities for the kids are exceptional! The atmosphere is great and everything is very tidy, well-organized, and clean! I highly recommend this YMCA!
Harper Reyes (5/26/25, 8:52 PM):
It would be beneficial to have seating all around the venue, rather than just on the main floor.
Heather Perez (5/26/25, 6:46 PM):
Their hours say they close at 8. I arrived at 5 and the doors were locked and the lights were turned off. Follow your posted hours!
Linda Anderson (5/25/25, 6:34 PM):
Horrible experiences, the front desk woman named Francis is so rude, she should not be dealing with customers. That's why I am giving 1 star.
Jean Roberts (5/23/25, 8:49 AM):
The staff, equipment, indoor arena, and the facility as a whole are all brand new.
Lauren Rogers (5/22/25, 3:44 PM):
I would like to start by saying that I have been patient with this organization and believe that the community should be aware of the situations that can occur at the facilities in Hanover, PA and Littlestown, PA...

I have had both of my children involved in the poorly organized sports programs, specifically soccer and basketball. Soccer was not something my kids enjoyed, so I will move on from that disarray. The director of the sports programs has a lot on their plate (I am a very understanding person), but they are not handling things in a professional manner. Having to reach out just a few days before to request a schedule for an upcoming season is strange in itself. There is a special team, based on a private school in the community, that I was not aware of initially. Switching to that team was easy enough, but when I inquired about how my family (who works different shifts) could get one child to the North location and one to the South location on the same day and time, the response was: "Do you want (name) back on the original team then?" There was zero empathy regarding how my child will feel watching her friends and classmates practice from afar. It comes across as condescending and the lack of notice in general is unprofessional. I should not have to hunt down a schedule. As long as you are part of the "in crowd", you will be fine, but if not, good luck! 🍀
Victoria Hughes (5/21/25, 3:46 PM):
Quite splendid, marvelously spacious and pristine!
Doris Hamilton (5/21/25, 3:21 PM):
Outstanding fitness center with a very supportive team. Zach Seifert excels as a fitness coach and is an absolute gem of a person.
Ryan Rogers (5/19/25, 12:24 AM):
The staff at the gym are very pleasant and courteous, and the gym itself is spotless with a great ambiance.
Wayne Ortiz (5/18/25, 6:28 PM):
This gym is fantastic. It's always really clean and the staff are super friendly. They've got a big outdoor space for soccer and other cool events that they seem to always have going on. I really enjoy coming here. It's not as crowded and daunting as some of the other gyms in the area.
Kathryn Reynolds (5/18/25, 3:44 AM):
Quick and pleasant service. The tables for the three lines should be moved back another 8 feet and there should be some space between the table and the first person in line so that others waiting can easily see the letters on the glass board.
Joshua Reed (5/17/25, 10:36 PM):
I've had no issues, and I thoroughly enjoy this place.
Carl Cooper (5/13/25, 12:42 AM):
I was at the gym with a mate, doing laps on the track, when we noticed there was a trainer working with someone nearby. The trainer politely asked us to lower our voices, mentioning that the sound was echoing even though we weren't being overly loud.
Ann Diaz (5/11/25, 1:16 PM):
Visited this place for our 8-year-old granddaughter's soccer match. They really optimized the space to fit as many playing fields as they could on the premises. If you'd rather not sit on the ground, I'd recommend bringing a chair along. Cheers!
Christian Gray (5/8/25, 7:28 AM):
Quite a tidy establishment! The gentleman at the front desk provided an excellent tour. They offer a 24-hour workout space equipped with weights, treadmills, and a variety of exercise gear. Additionally, there are two spacious gymnasiums, two expansive indoor soccer fields, locker/changing rooms, several classrooms for fitness classes, a kids' game room, and a fenced playground for children. This facility even boasts an upstairs track that encircles one of the gyms. While they do not have a pool on-site, the neighboring Hanover North YMCA does offer one.
William Ortiz (5/7/25, 4:01 PM):
Absolutely fantastic facility with state-of-the-art Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment. The field house is simply stunning as well.
