I've been training with Amanda, Jay, and Evelyn for a month now, three times a week. As a runner who never did any strength training before, I can already feel a huge improvement in my balance, speed, and endurance. The studio is spotless and welcoming. Jay's method sets him apart from all the other personal trainers I've ever trained with; you're not just a number to him. He truly desires for you to reach your maximum potential, and he'll devise a plan to help you achieve it! Each of his workout sessions is customized to suit your individual requirements... Being a bit older... sometimes exercises need to be adjusted to accommodate my specific needs. His rates are fair, and he's flexible with scheduling. Jay never fails to deliver!!!
