Adam runs an active private Facebook group and business page, regularly soliciting questions and providing video responses. He conducts goal-setting sessions and genuinely cares about each individual's health and life objectives. Currently, ACF is expanding thanks to Adam's unwavering commitment to his venture. In just two years, he has witnessed remarkable growth, a testament to his character and his ability to bring out the best in people. When I joined ACF, I was struggling with back pain that limited my walking to only 10-15 minutes at a time. Now, I can move freely without any concerns about my back. Adam is attentive and willing to modify exercises if they don't feel right for you. Furthermore, ACF is devoted to enhancing the local community and supporting other small businesses. A couple of months back, I found myself in the worst shape of my life. A colleague suggested ACF and now my wife and I are on our 4th week of group training sessions, and we absolutely adore it. The workouts are tough but achievable. Adam is so cordial and hospitable, making us eagerly anticipate our class days. I’ve also shed off 5-10 pounds since commencing! It's made the effort of getting up, getting out, and getting fit all worthwhile. There's no monotonous treadmill running for 30 minutes here. Each day brings a variety of exercises that target everything: cardio, strength training, conditioning – you name it, we do it. Adam motivates you to push past your comfort zone, yet does so with encouragement and positivity. Most exercises can be adjusted if needed, and if not, he provides alternatives so that everyone, regardless of fitness level, can make the most out of their workouts. It's all thanks to the dedication of Adam and Bekka to each individual who enters the facility, as well as the overall ambiance of the place that has kept me coming back consistently for nearly 9 months.
