I must say, Andy is absolutely brilliant! I've had experience with various trainers and visited many gyms in my time. Andy's approach and philosophy are like a breath of fresh air. It's not overly complicated, and his main aim isn't to push you through the toughest workout of your life. Instead, it's all about making progress, maintaining strength, and training intelligently. Whether in person or online, Andy brings the kind of energy, enthusiasm, guidance, and support that you truly need. He's diligent about correcting any improper form, always there by your side, observing and coaching you throughout the entire session! Now that's what a true trainer should do. How many of us have settled for someone or somewhere that simply tells you what to do without offering any real guidance or motivation? Andy is the complete opposite — he's the real deal. Andy is an exceptional individual to connect with. His passion for his work shines through in everything he does! Just discuss your goals with him, and I am confident he will help you achieve them. Ask any of his clients, and they will all tell you the same thing. If you're not training with Andy and TPF, then you're missing out!
I've been workin' on me strength at TPF for about 5-6 months now. Andrew, he's a top-notch coach and a proper motivator! The workout is all about gettin' you strong for takin' on life's challenges. It's efficient and does the trick, with a range of training sessions available each day. It's like havin' your own personal trainer in a small group setting, and let me tell ya, it really gets results!
I was finding meself losing strength, me balance was really poor and I noticed that I had little stamina. To cut a long story short, I knew I needed 'elp if I was goin' to be active for much longer. Ye see, I am 80 years old and in good physical health but life was leavin' me behind. Not anymore! Workin' with Andy at TPF is like a shot of caffeine to me psyche. Andy started trainin' me where I was and I 'ave progressed at an amazin' speed. After only two months I’m stronger by far, feel great and enjoy every minute of me sessions. 'E 'as so much passion and knowledge about the entire body, which 'e teaches as 'e trains. I love that! 'E’s a trainer, teacher and cheerleader all in one. I can’t wait to see what else I can accomplish. With Andy’s “baby stuff,” piece of cake” and “that’s what I’m talkin' about!” encouragements, I can’t fail.
I absolutely adore TPF! I've never been one for working out and have struggled to commit to a fitness routine. But this is a game changer!! I genuinely anticipate my workouts now! They're fast-paced and I'm inspired by Andy and the team's support! Getting fit and enjoying it at the same time!!💪🏻...
I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience at TPF with the personal trainer, Andy. His motivation, expertise, and backing helped me regain my belief in being able to lead a healthy, active lifestyle once more. Initially, I couldn't even partake in a fraction of the activities I used to. Fast forward a year, and I'm back to embracing an active, joyful life. Beyond the physical advantages, the individuals you exercise with are delightful, encouraging, and committed - creating a fantastic ambiance for those in their 30s to 70s!
Andy and Mary are absolutely fantastic. I've never been one for exercise, but they've got me excited about coming here. Their expertise is top-notch, and they're always ready to assist you in achieving your goals. Why not give them a go?
Top-notch local gym with an exceptional personal trainer! You won't come across someone more well-versed in optimizing your health and achieving weight loss goals while enhancing mobility and developing lean muscle! Definitely worth checking out!
Tri Pillar Fitness is absolutely amazing! The personal instruction is top-notch and the environment is incredibly welcoming. There's no fear of feeling intimidated at this gym. With small classes led by the fantastic Andy Martin, who is a true expert in the industry, you can expect exceptional training sessions. The workouts are tailored to enhance strength, endurance, and balance. I'm pushing 60, and I feel stronger and more energetic than I did in my 40s!
I never considered myself to be particularly athletic, although I have always been active. As middle age crept closer, I started to feel like I was losing some strength. My usual exercise routine of cycling wasn't cutting it anymore, and my progress seemed to plateau. Following a routine health check-up, my doctor suggested incorporating weight-bearing activities due to certain risk factors.
After seeking advice from others, I decided to check out TriPillar Fitness to see how it could benefit me. Now, I can't imagine not going. The morning group may start off a bit groggy, but we push each other to work hard on our mobility and strength training. Andrew guides us on proper movement techniques and keeps us motivated to tackle the seemingly tough tasks. He makes us believe that it's all achievable. Two years ago, I couldn't even fathom doing a push-up, a pull-up, or lifting heavier weights than my own body, but now I either can or know that I will soon.
And let me tell you, my cycling performance has significantly improved! I feel stronger and more enduring than I ever thought possible. Juggling full-time work, parenting responsibilities, and going back to college is a breeze with the increased energy levels I've gained.
I've been training at TPF for about four months now, and I can truly feel a significant change in my strength and energy levels. Before this, I was always hesitant to join a gym as I feared I might injure myself by not doing the exercises correctly. However, the beauty of TPF lies in its small group classes that offer personalized attention without the hefty price tag of one-on-one training. Andy, the instructor, does a fantastic job of keeping the workouts engaging and challenging. He ensures that everyone maintains proper form and is quick to provide alternative exercises if needed to prevent any discomfort. The supportive atmosphere in the classes, both from Andy and fellow participants, is incredibly motivating. I wholeheartedly endorse TPF to anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level.
I am absolutely chuffed to bits with the sessions I've been having with Andy at Tri Pilar Fitness. The workouts are always varied, so there's no chance of getting bored, and they're a quick 30 minutes long. I've definitely seen an improvement in my muscle tone and strength since starting. Couldn't be more pleased with my choice to sign up.
This gym is unlike many others I have visited in the past. The personal touch and supportive community really set it apart. Andy is incredibly encouraging and tells it like it is when it comes to helping regular folks get in shape. The workouts are straightforward yet powerful, making it safe for beginners to improve their strength and fitness. Some clients have been regulars here for years. Since I joined a couple of months ago, I've noticed positive changes that motivate me to stick with these new habits. What a transformation!
TPF stands out from other gyms in a big way. The owner and trainer, Andy Martin, has a real passion for physical fitness for everyone, no matter their age. His goal is for all members to maintain an active lifestyle throughout their lives. Andy regularly explains the reasons behind our workouts and coaches us individually to ensure we're maximizing our efforts. If you miss a session after committing to it, you can expect a friendly message checking in on you, not to scold but to make sure everything is okay.
Personally, I find it hard to skip a session because I can feel so many positive changes. Many of the aches and pains I used to experience as I aged have disappeared. My energy levels are up, and I can focus clearly throughout the day.
Recently, when I was dealing with lower back pain, Andy guided me through with stretches and modifications to keep me going. In the past, I might have given up, but his support helped me push through. I'm incredibly grateful for his help. I also want to mention Heather Martin, the Neuromuscular Massage Therapist, who played a key role in relieving my pain. They make an incredible team!
The fellow members are fantastic too. We support each other, offer encouragement, and share plenty of laughs. I like to think of them as my gym family. I've been a member at TPF since it opened in Clemmons last February and I see myself staying a member for years to come. I highly recommend checking out TPF and all that it offers. You won't be disappointed, I promise.
I've been training with Andy ever since he first started at TPF in February 2019. The improvements, both physical and mental, have been incredible! As a former athlete, I thought the aches and pains from my younger years were here to stay as I got older. Andy has guided me in changing my mindset to recognize my strength and capability, and my body shows it in every session. I eagerly anticipate the challenges in each class and cherish the sense of community that the TPF family fosters.
The strength lab has been an absolute game-changer for me. It's not just a gym, it's a lifestyle. I've seen remarkable gains in my strength and overall well-being since joining. It's a worthwhile investment in my health that benefits not only me but my loved ones too. I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone seeking a supportive community that will encourage and drive you to new heights.
At 66, feeling a bit hefty, not having moved in quite a few years and totally swamped by stress, I decided to sign up with the Strength Lab. And what a brilliant decision that turned out to be! While my journey may be a tad slower than some, I'm steadily making gains thanks to Coach Andy, the other coaches, and the uplifting support from my fellow participants. Joining was truly a self-care present to both myself and my loved ones. Massive thanks to Coach Andy and the entire Strength Lab crew!
Aye, it's always a jolly good time in Andy's gym. He creates a welcoming and motivating atmosphere that makes exercise a right laugh!
