I was in a right old work-out rut, I tell ya. I’d spent more than a year focusing on losing weight and running was my only go-to for success. Although the number on the scale had gone down, I kept getting injured and I wasn’t feeling all that fit, you know what I mean?
I’d heard about this bloke called Chris Morel through a few mates who couldn’t stop raving about his know-how, positivity, and dedication. So I thought, why not give him a whirl?
I took a liking to Chris straight away. It’s impossible not to, really. Chris just radiates energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in helping you find and smash your fitness goals.
We had a chat, got to know each other a bit, and then he put together a top-notch, personalized plan just for me. It was proper exciting working through a full-body workout with Chris. He guided my form, pushed me to my limits, and always stressed the importance of listening to your body. If it hurts, stop! That's a key lesson I learned from Chris. There’s always a way to work around the pain and still have a solid workout. And let me tell ya, Chris helped me push myself beyond what I thought I could do. When he strolled over to the free weights and said I’d be doing squats with a massive barbell, I thought he was having a laugh. But he just grinned, loaded up the weights, and patiently showed me the ropes. And you know what? The free weight stuff is amazing! Makes me feel like a powerhouse. I wouldn’t have even touched that equipment without Chris pushing me.
While we worked out together, Chris kept in touch regularly through texts and emails, updated my plan to keep things fresh, and always made sure I was learning something new and pushing myself comfortably. And let me tell you, it paid off big time. I’m stronger and more toned than I’ve been in years. Couldn’t be happier with the results.
On top of all that, Chris’s positivity, smiles, high-fives, and enthusiasm are infectious. Few folks out there love their job as much as Chris does. It’s a pleasure working out with him.
I’d wholeheartedly recommend Chris to anyone in need of a personal trainer. Seriously, you won’t find anyone better than Chris Morel.

I 'ad the opportunity to work with Pinnacle Fitness for just over a year, and the experience was positively life changing! I found Pinnacle with a goal in mind to learn about fitness and 'ow it could support me personal weight loss journey. I was very naïve about the process, 'avin' no fitness education whatsoever. I met with the owner Chris for a success session and went over all me goals and what I wanted to get out of the program. We found a plan that worked for me, and I made a commitment right then and there. Throughout the year I was with Pinnacle, I met three awesome coaches, Patrick D, Patrick S, and Cameron who were welcoming, educational, and full of energy. Me schedule with Pinnacle was an early mornin' Monday class and a late night Thursday class, and there was never a time when their energy didn’t rub off on me and set me up for the start or end of me day.
Throughout me time, the team gradually introduced me to various cardio workouts and a progressive workout schedule that eventually got me into weightliftin'. They were thoughtful about me fitness level and constantly pushed me to progress. Each class, I received a personal check-in and was able to quickly go over how I was feelin' and make any needed adjustments to me program. Another added benefit was that I discovered a passion for runnin' through the cardio side of their program. When I let the coaches know I wanted to pursue goals down that route, they immediately jumped in and tweaked me program to 'elp me become a better runner.
Pinnacle helped me become “fitness educated.” I can now approach fitness with a sustainable plan to keep weight off and build muscle. I am a consistent three-day-a-week runner equipped with the knowledge of 'ow to avoid injury as much as possible. If somethin' does come up, I understand 'ow to rehab meself. Overall, I 'ave kept the weight off for almost two years now!
Pinnacle 'as truly helped me become a better version of meself as I navigate some of the more 'ectic years of me life. The program taught me that I can be a full-time professional and parent to two young children and still maintain a sustainable fitness routine. Their program was life-changing, and I really appreciate the business this team 'as created. I highly recommend them if you are serious about improvin' your 'ealth and overall well-bein'.
