My wife and I have been attending TYB for a year now. It's been quite the journey, we've learned a lot and have gotten significantly stronger. The trainers there are top-notch and a joy to train with. We've had Emma as our trainer for the past few months, and let me tell you, she's a powerhouse! Her energy is contagious and her positive attitude will have you itching to hit the gym. Not only that, but she's incredibly knowledgeable and pays close attention to form - since training with her, our posture has improved tremendously and we've seen a noticeable increase in strength. We couldn't recommend her enough!

I've been a member at TYB for 3 years now and I must say, it's been an absolute delight! Bobbi, my personal trainer, is simply fantastic. She's been incredibly accommodating with my schedule and has gone above and beyond to find alternative exercises for me when I've had back injuries. Bobbi keeps me motivated and in high spirits during our workouts. I genuinely look forward to our sessions every morning. On top of that, Bobbi has been instrumental in helping me with my diet and nutrition. I have some specific digestive issues, but she always comes up with helpful suggestions and ideas that I hadn't even considered. I am truly grateful for her dedication in understanding my unique requirements. TYB and Bobbi have made my fitness journey not only effective but also enjoyable. Initially, I felt slightly anxious as it was my first time engaging in one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer, but she quickly alleviated my concerns. Subsequently, I was eager to kickstart my workout journey and promptly signed up. Emma was the designated trainer assigned to me, and we've been collaborating for close to 5 months now. Working with her has been a delight, and I've observed beneficial transformations in my physique that bring me joy. Emma is well-informed, humorous, and provides comprehensive explanations of the exercises. She is also exceptionally accommodating in modifying the workout routines if any of them prove to be challenging for me. My time at Transform Your Body has thus far been an incredibly gratifying experience, and I wholeheartedly endorse this gym to others.

I signed up for the 6-month training program and attended sessions once a week. My experience at the gym was fantastic! The trainers were extremely knowledgeable and tailored the workouts to suit my needs. Prior to this, I had little to no knowledge of how to use gym equipment, but they provided an excellent introduction. Highly recommend!

I must say, I had the pleasure yesterday of trying out a semi-private session at Transform Your Body, and I must say it was a smashing time! The HIIT style cardio and strengthening class was simply splendid. The layout of the facility is not overly complex, yet very well organized, providing ample space for both private lessons and semi-private classes. Brian, the owner, greeted me as I entered with such warmth and charm, sporting a beaming smile that instantly had everyone in the room grinning from ear to ear. Such a welcoming atmosphere truly ignites the energy for a killer workout, wouldn't you agree? Patricia, our trainer/coach/instructor, was an absolute delight - lively, humorous, and she curated a routine that was both challenging and enjoyable. The music selection was spot on as well! She made sure to remind us throughout the class of the modified lower impact versions of the exercises, which was greatly appreciated. Despite our determination and sweat, everyone in the class maintained smiles and cheered each other on, creating a highly motivating environment. The overall ambiance of the space was incredibly inviting, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking that personal connection combined with a team-building ethos.
