Come January, I decided to treat myself to two weekly sessions with Jerrod to kickstart a new routine. And boy, am I glad I did! Since then, there's been no looking back. My body has undergone a remarkable transformation. My muscles are not only stronger and more defined, but they now seem to complement my physique perfectly. Moreover, my posture has witnessed a significant improvement – I walk taller and sit straighter. Those bothersome aches and pains that used to plague me are a thing of the past.
