I joined Be Fit 8 years ago now and it honestly has been the best decision I’ve made in my health journey. Every one of the coaches are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind and truly want to help members. After seeing what positive feedback members had to say about booty bootcamp, I decided to try it out for myself. I just completed this round of the 8 week program and absolutely loved it!! I never thought I would be able to lift the weights I have been. Seeing what I am actually capable of pushing my body to do has been such an incredible feeling! Not only do I now have more confidence in myself, but I’ve found that I really enjoy lifting heavier weights. I just signed up for their new Sculpt and Shred program and can’t wait to see the progress I make through out this program!

I began my fitness journey at South Shore Fit Body approximately 2 years ago, and I must say, it has been an incredible experience! The workout routines are always challenging and varied, keeping things exciting. I greatly appreciate the flexibility in class timings, as well as the fact that sessions are only 30 minutes long, making it convenient to fit into my busy schedule. However, the true highlight of South Shore Fit Body is the sense of community. The coaches and fellow clients are like family - incredibly supportive and welcoming. If you haven't tried it out yet, I highly recommend giving it a go. You won't be disappointed!

I must say, I've never been one to relish exercise, but this 30-minute workout has truly become the highlight of my day. Dealing with a frozen shoulder, this program has been a godsend in improving my range of motion and strength. First and foremost, I have a whole new perspective on exercise. What used to take me hours at the gym doing it alone can now be completed in a quick 30 minutes. The support, not just from the staff, but from the entire SSFBC community, makes me want to keep coming back. I initially joined the 6-week challenge but ended up staying for so many reasons. It not only gave me the kickstart I needed to establish a good exercise routine, but with the help of Facebook, I feel like the community is with me throughout the day. The ability to have my body scan done and compare it to previous ones is just another tool that helps me from spiraling backward if the numbers on the scale aren't what I had hoped for. Not only does it fit perfectly into my schedule, but the convenience of scheduling from my phone allows me to readjust when my schedule changes and I need to find a different time to go. Thank you, Leon, for such a wonderful program, making me feel like I belong and knowing that you genuinely care.

I 'ave just finished and absolutely adored the Drop2 6 week challenge. This 'ere challenge 'as 'elped me get meself back on track with me nutrition. The support you receive from the trainers and the rest of the SSFBBC Community is absolutely brilliant. SSFBBC 'as been one of the finest decisions I ever made. I absolutely adore this spot! It's quite surprising because I've never been one for gyms - the whole working out thing just never clicked with me, and the idea of going to a gym and exercising never appealed to me... But Befit has won my heart! ♥️ The trainers there are phenomenal!! They are so genuine and relatable, and they always lift my spirits. Even when I start being hard on myself, they won't stand for it, and help me turn things around in a positive light. They possess such great knowledge and warmth and honestly, they are the finest motivators I've ever come across. I love the cozy atmosphere of the place, it's not intimidating at all when you step inside, it's simply a group of individuals just like you. Now, I genuinely look forward to my workout sessions! SSFBBC has truly transformed my life!! I've been attending for approximately 5 months and have shed nearly 25lbs! Not only have I lost weight, but I've also built up my strength and self-assurance! I 'ave jolly well recently started goin' to Be Fit South Shore and I wanted to share what a blimey amazin' experience I 'ave 'ad! First orf, goin' to the gym is totally not my cup of tea and I never thought it would be. At Be Fit, I 'ave never felt more comfortable in a gym atmosphere and the coaches are amazin' at what they do, specifically Kim & Julie who I 'ave worked with the most. South Shore Fit Body Boot Camp is absolutely smashing! The classes are a mere 30 minutes, with splendid availability and a jolly good challenge that's also fun. It's a cracking workout - never a dull moment, always something new - and the coaches are ever so supportive and motivating. They have a bunch of nifty tools and activities to keep you on track in your journey. I took part in the 6-week challenge and I must say, I'm chuffed that I did. I adore it so much that I've decided to carry on as a member.

I am so grateful that I discovered FBBC! My mate couldn't stop talking about this gym and despite feeling nervous (and doubting my own capabilities), I decided to give it a go. The instructors and fellow members at FBBC are like a second family, always there to support and encourage one another. I have been faithfully attending for nearly two years now (a real accomplishment for me!). I feel better than ever before, I am more powerful than I have ever been, and my eating habits have improved tremendously. Prioritize yourself and join us for a workout - you will not regret it! It's just 30 minutes a day - you've got this! :)
