I simply cannot speak highly enough of FBBC! Motivating oneself to push hard at the gym can be quite the challenge. However, the workouts at FBBC are not only challenging but also innovative and enjoyable. The level of support you receive from both the staff and fellow members is truly unmatched. I have not felt this motivated to exercise in quite some time.

I signed up with Be Fit South Shore in August and I simply can't imagine my life without it now!

I used to be a part of a big chain gym, but I was looking for a smaller, more personalized workout environment because of the pandemic. I also knew I needed help targeting specific areas on my body, and I found that personal training at other private gyms was too expensive and the hours didn't fit my schedule.

The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. It's the type of gym where you walk in and everyone knows your name and greets you. They really care about each member and their fitness goals, and they always have challenges and programs designed to keep members motivated.

I currently participate in both boot camp classes and semi-private personal training sessions, and I'm pleased with the progress I've made so far. They offer classes in the morning and evening, which is perfect for my work schedule.

I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals, regardless of their level of experience.

I started attending this place on a 30-day challenge promotion and enjoyed it so much that I ended up joining as a member. SSFBBC offers a wonderful mix of amazing individuals, nutrition guidance, meal planning, and an excellent workout regimen. I've been a member since April and have successfully shed some pounds and a significant amount of body fat. It's truly a worthwhile investment in your well-being, helping you achieve a healthy and fit lifestyle. The coaches are fantastic and constantly support you, happily providing exercise modifications if needed due to injury. I can't praise them enough!

Be Fit South Shore Boot Camp & Training has been my gym for the last 2 years, tremendously thankful as you can’t put a price tag on health and wellness! For the last 8 weeks - alongside my weekly trainings - I joined their Booty Bootcamp program which is quite intense, so proud of all the ladies each week working their bums off (literally)!! Week #1 started at 185lb hip thrusts to week #8 @ 400lbs x 5!! Walking out of the gym on cloud nine after this session. Never did I think I’d push weight like that! Just started the next 8 weeks of booty bootcamp and can’t wait to see where it brings me! Thank you coaches Kim, Erin, and Julie (and all the coaches at Be Fit) for pushing us to go outside of our comfort zone and giving us the motivation we need to believe in ourselves!

This place is absolutely brilliant! I'm wrapping up week two and I wish I had signed up years ago. The 30-minute workouts are ideal for those with a hectic schedule, and incredibly effective (I feel achy after each session). The team are supportive and inspiring without being overly forceful. I'm not a morning person, but I've been excited for every early morning workout since I started. I highly suggest giving them a go.

I reckon it's the top-notch gym because I fancy the 30-minute classes and you can even squeeze in some extra sessions if you fancy it. Oh, what a fantabulous spot! I must say, I'm absolutely chuffed and wish I could give it more than 5 stars, I truly do! I've frequented a fair few gyms and classes in my time, and this one here is without a doubt my top pick. The proprietor, good ol' Leon, and the trainers are simply smashing at keeping you motivated, let me tell you. And the folks who attend the classes are ever so friendly, it's a real treat. All the classes run for a crisp 30 minutes, making it a doddle to squeeze into my daily routine. I'm quite keen on the fact that they offer early morning classes as well as ones after work hours. They even lend a hand with nutrition and meal plans, isn't that just grand? Do give it a go, I assure you won't be disappointed. The cherry on top is that the first week is on the house, no strings attached, can you believe it?
