Derrick is the real deal, mate. He provides you with a clear and achievable plan for cardio, weights, and diet. If you trust the plan, you'll see the results you're after. And working out with him is a blast, honestly. Each session introduces new exercises, and I can't recommend the "partner" workouts enough. His aim is to get you looking "shredded" so that you can maintain it on your own down the track. He keeps you on track, but doesn't put too much pressure on you. I highly recommend his services.
