I heartily recommend BC Strength Training to individuals at any fitness level. Bryan is truly exceptional - amiable, adaptable, considerate, and highly skilled. He embodies all the qualities one could desire in a personal trainer. Following a thorough assessment, he devised a customized program that takes into consideration my specific strengths and weaknesses. The sessions are challenging enough to promote substantial progress without leaving me excessively fatigued for the next one. The service is excellent value and stress-free, and I appreciate the indoor/outdoor training options and privacy provided at Bryan's facility. As someone who isn't fond of overcrowded public gyms, this is the complete opposite. In less than 20 sessions, I feel like I've made significant achievements - and it's all thanks to Bryan. I honestly can’t imagine wanting anything more from my personal training experience than what I’ve discovered with Bryan at BC Strength Training. As a new parent, I struggled to find a health and fitness routine that fit in with my life as a working mom. I reached out to Bryan and Kylie to participate in their combined personal training and nutrition Stratified Strength program, and they have been an amazing team to work with. I am now physically and mentally stronger, have improved endurance and flexibility, better posture which has helped with managing migraines, and am making healthier choices for myself and my family. Bryan's approach of tailoring the program to individual needs, explaining and demonstrating exercises as much as needed, and focusing on injury prevention allowed me to trust the process as a newcomer to strength training without worrying about getting hurt. His dedication to his clients is clear, and he is also a great conversationalist to chat with during our training sessions. He has also been very accommodating with scheduling and understanding last-minute cancellations due to our little one being sick. This program is the best investment I have made for my physical and mental well-being, and I highly recommend it.

I began working out with Bryan a couple of years ago, just once a week, but his training program has helped me feel stronger and more focused in life. Now I see him four times a week!

Bryan has an excellent routine for me, so I don't have to worry about what exercises to do. Thanks to Bryan, I've noticed improvements in my posture and energy levels throughout the day.

I've been working out with Bryan for more than 5 years now, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I was fortunate to stumble upon BC Strength Training while on a trip to DC. Bryan and Kylie, the owners, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the get-go. The gym is superbly equipped and caters to a variety of training styles including powerlifting, strongman, and general strength and conditioning. It boasts top-notch Rogue gear such as belt squats, GHDs, and reverse hypers, along with an array of racks and specialty bars (like SSB, multi-grip, and axle bar), dumbbells up to 50kg, and a plethora of functional items. The team operates on a scheduled appointment basis, ensuring personalized attention and easy access to equipment. A truly fantastic workout experience that comes highly recommended.

During the closure of gyms due to COVID, Bryan put in the extra effort to acquire outdoor fitness equipment for his clients, ensuring they could continue their workouts. This not only boosted their immune systems but also had a positive impact on their mental well-being. With a complete setup and abundant equipment, I haven't missed the gym at all. Bryan meticulously cleans the equipment and space after each client session.

Unlike other personal trainers, Bryan doesn't provide the same generic workout for everyone. He tailors each workout plan to fit your body and goals specifically. He takes the time to explain each exercise so you understand its purpose and how to perform it correctly. Thanks to his personalized approach, I not only look better but also feel better. We’ve been faithfully attending Bryan’s partner training sessions for over 6 months now, 1-2 times a week - and let me tell you, it’s the best decision we’ve made for our health, no doubt about it! Bryan is an exceptional trainer: he designs workouts carefully, monitors your progress, and adjusts the intensity based on each person, on different days, and as you improve. His functional strength training has helped me build muscle without the fear of getting hurt - as someone who is new to strength training, it was crucial for me to find someone who would take the time to teach me proper techniques and then make sure I’m staying safe while getting stronger. Bryan hasn’t just helped me improve my fitness level, but he has also educated me on weightlifting in a way that has boosted my confidence with weights. He and Kylie are both wonderful individuals who make our partner training sessions incredibly enjoyable. Five stars all around!

I've been working with Bryan for a few months now. Like many others, my physical activity had significantly decreased over the past year, and I was eager to start strength training again for my health. I hadn't known him previously and decided to give him a shot after seeing one of his local advertisements. Bryan's setup is entirely outdoors, with plenty of space to maintain a good distance. He maintains excellent hygiene practices with the equipment, always wiping everything down between clients. His knowledge is extensive, and I'm picking up valuable tips on proper technique and form. He has a varied selection of equipment, and I can see my progress and strength increasing. I had initially worried about the outdoor setup being challenging in the winter, but surprisingly, I'm enjoying being outside in the cold. Sometimes these workouts are my only chance to get fresh air and be outdoors during the week, so I really appreciate it. Bryan is also a friendly, laid-back guy, and we always have engaging conversations and share a good laugh during our sessions. Investing in these workouts has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health during this pandemic.
