Since I scribbled the down below review, I’ve relocated and commenced exercising at a gym in close proximity to my new abode. Hillary collaborated with me to ensure the switch was smooth as silk and I wouldn’t forfeit any of my impetus. Furthermore, I’ve been collaborating with Kristina for nourishment, and her method, responsibility, and backing have been extraordinary and exactly what I needed to tackle nourishment in a fashion that suits me. I hold in high regard everyone at Fitness Together, they have exhibited such flexibility as my life has altered over the past couple of years to bolster my expedition.
I've remotely trained with both Enrico and Hillary over the past 10 months (transitioning from Enrico to Hillary due to timetable changes, they're both remarkable coaches!). I have progressed significantly in terms of my potency and flexibility with Hillary, and value her concentration on my objectives and the way she urges me on and sustains lively and intense sessions even through Zoom. I'm penning this with gelatinous arms post-completion of a workout!

I 'ave enrolled in many fitness programs o'er the years, but Fitness Together in Georgetown be the by far the best and the most effective program I 'ave ever done. I 'ave been extremely impressed by 'ow knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging Stacy and all the trainers are, and 'ow committed they are to every client’s success. The program be holistic and provides guidance on diet and cardio exercises in addition to the strength training. It be informed by the latest knowledge in exercise science. The sessions be tailored to each person’s needs, and each set of exercises builds on the last one. Since I began the program, I 'ave become much stronger, me balance has improved, I feel better, I 'ave lost weight, and I 'ave come to enjoy exercise! I highly recommend this program for anyone wanting to improve their fitness, strength, stamina, appearance, self-confidence, and overall 'ealth.

I lost 12 pounds in 10 months and gained muscle mass! My endurance has gone up. The trainers switch up your routine weekly for 6 weeks, then you get a completely new program. They increase weights and reps sometimes in one session. The staff is top-notch and provides great tips for rest days. Compared to a chain gym, you are learning to do exercises correctly and progressively, resulting in more effectiveness.
