Working with Eva 'as been absolutely brilliant. She 'as truly 'elped me improve and achieve the goals we set out in the beginning: a stronger core, greater flexibility, and assisting with some neck/range of motion issues I've been 'aving. I can definitely see a noticeable difference and I strongly recommend 'er to 'elp you achieve your goals.

I 'ad been searchin' for exactly this type of service for months. A very personalized focus on me strength and recovery (meniscus issues), while also maintainin' fitness. Every single session is completely catered to me needs and therefore incredibly more impactful than a gym or multiple group classes. I wish I 'ad found Erin sooner.
