Sergey and his team are simply amazing. I became a member less than 2 months ago and have already seen an increase in muscle mass and a decrease in body fat. At the age of 45, these results are truly impressive considering the short time frame. The workouts are incredibly enjoyable and the team is outstanding. I also highly recommend their nutrition coaching.

This place is really special because of the owners, the trainers, the program, and the other members. Exercising is enjoyable, relaxed, supportive, and tailored to your own rhythm. There are individuals of all ages and abilities, and everyone is there encouraging each other and working at their own pace. The schedules are convenient, booking is easy. I feel very fortunate to have discovered it, and although I may never become a gym enthusiast, I keep returning because of the way it makes me feel to be there.

One of the top fitness centers in Acton. I absolutely adore the fantastic strength training group classes led by Andrew and Sergey. What makes it really stand out is the cozy atmosphere, which enables individualized focus on form and weight selection during the sessions. The camaraderie within the group, combined with the inspiring instructors, elevates each workout to something truly exceptional. Immensely thankful for the high-quality fitness journey. I've been attending Fit Body Boot Camp in Acton since January 2020, and it's been absolutely fantastic. The owners, Sergey Meller Fbbc and Kendra, along with the trainers Andrew and Megan, are all truly remarkable individuals; supportive, helpful, friendly, motivating, and incredibly caring. When they had to close their doors in March 2020 due to the pandemic, I was devastated...but then they began offering pre-recorded workouts, followed by live Zoom sessions, and eventually reopened with a new and safe workout format. Sergey has put in a significant amount of time and resources into ensuring the safety of all attendees -- each person has their own equipment and designated space, making me feel secure during my workouts. I'm currently working with Andrew on my nutrition to achieve my weight loss goals, and I've never been this motivated before. I highly recommend this place!

Hello there! I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Acton Fit Body Boot Camp, my favorite place for keeping fit and having a great time. The trainers are fantastic, the atmosphere is welcoming, and those 30-minute sessions? They go by quicker than you can say 'burpee.' Whether it's my first workout of the day or my second, I always leave feeling motivated and revitalized. If you're in search of a gym that has more of a community feel than just a place to work out, definitely consider giving Acton Fit Body Bootcamp a go. You won't be disappointed!

Aye, mate! This workout program is truly a gem for folks of all ages! As a bloke in me mid-40s, I was strugglin' to squeeze in a workout with me hectic schedule. But let me tell ya, FBBC has been a game changer for me. It's so easy to slot into me routine and the results have been top-notch. The class caters to all levels of fitness, so ye can go at yer own pace. The encouragement from the instructors is real positive, which definitely keeps ye motivated. Ye can sign up for classes or opt for some extra support with small group training and nutrition coaching. I've been at it for 9 months now and it's been a proper grand experience so far! Cheers to a healthier life, me hearties!

I've seen amazing results with this gym in a short amount of time. It's been incredible! The workouts are always varied, and you can tell they put a lot of effort and thought into each session.
Their handling of the Covid situation has been excellent - they make us feel safe with good barriers and thorough cleaning protocols.
I really appreciate the personal attention I receive here!

This place has become my 2nd home! I've always had a love for fitness, but AFBBC takes my passion and commitment to a whole new level. The coaches Andrew and Meghan, and owner Sergey, are dedicated to making the experience fun and genuinely want their clients to feel their best. Ten months after joining, I feel stronger, healthier, and have experienced a serious boost of confidence. Since reopening after the pandemic shutdown, they have revamped the typical "stations" and now the studio is divided into sectioned-off areas where you remain for the entire 30 minutes with all of your equipment. Five stars for a clean studio, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.

I 'ave beenh workin' out 'ere fer a few months now, and it's one of the only workouts I stuck wif! I really enjoy the instructors and coachin'. The classes are at yer own level, and it's a supportive environment. I've made progress on me fitness goals, which started as a mum who stopped workin' out years ago, and now I feel mighty strong again!

I am so thankful I decided to give this gym a go. The workouts always keep me on my toes, and I am consistently impressed by what I have managed to achieve. My strength and fitness levels have seen a remarkable improvement since I started attending FBBC Acton, especially with the introduction of nutrition guidance and strength training. The coaches are well-informed and encouraging, and the fellow members have truly become like family to me. I've completed nearly 300 workouts, and there's no turning back now!

I can't praise Acton Fit Body Boot Camp (AFBBC) enough. Sergey and his team of trainers, especially Coach Megan, offer challenging 30-minute HIIT classes that keep us on our toes. Since joining in April 2022, I've never repeated the same workout. Each day brings a fresh, exhilarating challenge that keeps me excited. I highly recommend giving AFBBC a try!
