Forte is tailored for individuals with Parkinson's (Rock Steady Boxing) and children. This is a unique establishment with a team that embodies a shared vision and enthusiasm for invigorating others. It is a beloved community to cherish and relish in.

Stunning gym - Meradith and Big J, the owners, have poured their blood, sweat, and tears into this establishment. Top-notch boxing program and Ninja classes for the little ones! Warm and inviting atmosphere. Both indoor and outdoor spaces with cutting-edge equipment. The team is caring, understanding, and skilled.

This fitness program has truly taken my workouts to the next level. I feel energized like a steam engine, running on pure steam power. The coal is fired up, and the safety valve has been blown clean off the engine!

I came here for a birthday bash. The ambiance was okay, but the staff were quite rude and tense. It's a kids' party, for goodness' sake, relax a bit and implement a smoother process so the staff don't freak out every time a child stands up at the pizza table.
Johnny Walker (5/12/25, 9:39 AM):
Fantastic spot. Neat and tidy, with a great team on board, and ninja classes tailored for kids that my son adores. The staff take care of each child and ensure a joyful, secure, and engaging learning setting.

Cheers to Autumn, John, Alex, and Meredith for truly making my daughter's 10th birthday one to remember! From sorting out the pizza to the bespoke cupcakes and the fantastic playlist, you all went above and beyond. The girls had an absolute blast - thank you!
Keith Lee (5/7/25, 1:11 PM):
I absolutely adore this spot! The trainers are so well-informed, and the proprietor is a breeze to collaborate with. Their boxing sessions are seamlessly blended with conditioning classes to elevate your game, and even the resistance band workouts (which I initially assumed would be a walk in the park) are delightfully challenging. The facility is impeccably tidy and inviting, plus they consistently provide snacks for a pre- or post-workout boost... Believe me, you'll definitely appreciate it! 🤘🏻
Kevin Nguyen (5/4/25, 6:22 AM):
The ninja program at this place is absolutely fantastic. The coaches, who are young individuals, are just amazing with the kids they train. If I had the chance, I would definitely nominate them for an award.
Allison Myers (5/2/25, 7:22 AM):
What a fantastic spot! The little ones absolutely adore all the obstacle courses, and the team is just fantastic. Each birthday bash we've been to has been spot on, and we're thinking of having our own kiddos' party there. We've even enrolled them in a few classes. I wish I could give it more stars!
Dorothy James (4/30/25, 8:58 PM):

The ninja adventures for the bachelor party were absolutely fantastic!
Ethan Morales (4/10/25, 8:36 AM):
This past week, I had the wonderful opportunity to visit a Parkinson's Boxing class that my brother was participating in. As a teacher, I was amazed by not only the physical aspect of the class but also the mental challenges provided to each of the men and women in the class. The instructors were both motivating and nurturing. They clearly had knowledge of Parkinson's and how to effectively assist the participants in becoming stronger and enjoying the process. What a fantastic class! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for offering this class. You are doing incredible work! ❤️
Cheryl Hall (4/5/25, 7:41 PM):
I must say, I am truly disappointed with the "trainers" during the past few weeks of the children's Ninja classes. Specifically, the three young women in charge of the 6-9 age group. The initial classes led by different trainers were fantastic, but then it all went downhill.

These young women barely engage with the kids. Their effort, interaction, and encouragement are at a bare minimum. They act as if they have more important things to attend to.

I understand that they are young and may not be fully committed to their work, but we don't enroll our kids in activities to burden someone else.

We are paying for a service, and it is unacceptable for the "trainers" to walk away and leave a child hanging from a trapeze while they scroll through their phone.

They have had to close down certain sections of the courses because they failed to keep the kids engaged, resulting in chaos. I even witnessed one of these young women yell at the children and then announce that part of the course was off-limits.

If only they made an effort to interact with the kids as role models and teachers, perhaps the children wouldn't lose focus or become bored.

I urge them to improve their performance.
