Absolutely love this establishment! I have not encountered any negative experiences as mentioned in some other reviews. It has a very welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. The cost of a day pass is only $6, which is unbeatable. The indoor pools are massive and feature a water slide, hot tubs, saunas, and well-maintained locker rooms. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the locker rooms and overall facilities. I would highly recommend this place :) Plus, it's fantastic that they generate most of their power from solar panels. Outstanding!

Amazing deal for access to this massive recreation center. However, every time I engage in my workout swims at the lap pool, I mysteriously fall terribly ill. This past Sunday marked the third instance in the span of 2 months, with a severe fever persisting for a full week shortly thereafter. This recurring issue has me pondering whether the fault lies within myself or if there may indeed be an underlying problem with the pool chemicals. In light of this, I may opt to frequent other pools in Santa Fe such as the SFCC fitness education pool, which boasts a comparable price point and significantly fewer visitors. Moreover, it is impeccably maintained. This serves as a viable alternative for individuals who may have sensitivities to the water quality at the current establishment.

Top-notch spot for a workout. The equipment is top quality, with a wide variety of machines and weights, as well as an indoor walking/running track. The facilities include an Olympic pool, therapy pool, and a hot tub. You'll also find treadmills, an aerobics room, and even an ice skating rink here. The staff are fantastic, and it's no surprise they've been voted the best in Santa Fe.
Scott Long (5/3/25, 2:19 PM):
This recreation center is truly impressive – impeccably clean, beautifully equipped, and boasting a wide array of amenities. The sizable pools, Olympic-scale ice rink, and abundance of exercise gear are top-notch. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. Looking forward to the classes restarting once COVID restrictions ease up.
Christopher Kelly (5/2/25, 7:13 PM):
Chris, the manager is truly unique. Born in America from Vietnamese descent and with a black father, he was later adopted.
Gabriel Moore (5/1/25, 9:22 AM):
This place used to be fantastic, but lately it's been going downhill. Vandalism in the parking lot, thefts of purses, and other safety concerns have made me question if it's still a good idea to visit. The lack of proper video monitoring and security procedures only adds to the problem. However, I'm pleased to report that there have been some improvements in security recently, although the lack of video surveillance is still a concern. It seems like things are starting to improve overall.
Douglas Mitchell (4/30/25, 12:03 PM):
Our lad participates in the after school program at this place and he absolutely adores it. The staff is ever so friendly and they organize all sorts of enjoyable activities for the kids. He can't wait to go each day. He's even picked up ice skating skills and he's over the moon about it! The cost is quite fair too, only $50 per month. They collect him from school and he stays there until closing time at 6 pm. It truly has been a game changer for us working parents.
Leonard Brown (4/30/25, 8:34 AM):
The ice here is wonderful and smooth, and they offer a wide range of hours so you can always find time to skate. The new skating schedule is absolutely fantastic!
Logan Hamilton (4/29/25, 10:56 PM):
Absolutely adore this spot, mate! It's one of the reasons I decided to settle down in Santa Fe. They've got an Olympic-sized 50-meter pool, an ice skating rink, and top-notch equipment for a ripper workout. They offer all sorts of classes like spinning, yoga, and more. The staff are a bunch of legends, always friendly and helpful. Cheers!
Brenda Smith (4/29/25, 6:04 PM):
I must say, this community center is quite lovely. The pool area has a unique design that can be a bit tricky for swimmers, as the pool and ceiling are not aligned. This means when you're doing a backstroke, you might find yourself drifting since you can't use the ceiling as a guide. Apart from that, it's fantastic!
