I attended this gymnastics school for a year!!!! It's absolutely FABULOUS. The coaches are absolutely FABULOUS. The gymnasts are absolutely FABULOUS. They're so encouraging. I adore Christi, Lisa, and Aaron. I trained at 5280 and I was at level 5. I also attended Adrenaline where I learned giants on the high bars in just one month! I absolutely ADORE this gym. If I could, I would definitely return... I would LOVE to.

We've absolutely adored our time with AGA! We enrolled our son in the toddler class to keep him active during the chilly, winter days. The progress we've seen in his mobility, balance, and gross motor skills has been incredible. Jason, the owner, has been incredibly accommodating and understanding of our requirements. AGA is truly a gem in the Littleton community!

This establishment is an utter waste of time and money. Seek elsewhere and refrain from squandering your hard-earned cash. Dreadful encounter with the personnel, they are dreadfully unprofessional, especially the proprietor himself (Jason).

Could you kindly consider installing some blinds or curtains to cover the windows in the evenings? I was concerned about suspicious individuals observing the young athletes from the parking lot. I witnessed a man loitering and peering into the window this evening, which is quite unsettling. If your child attends this sports school, I urge you to take this into consideration.

I absolutely adore the THRILL of adrenaline! The experience is absolutely FANTASTIC and the coaches are truly REMARKABLE! My daughter began at AGA around 3 years back and she's already at a level 6/7! She arrived at the gym without any prior knowledge or acquaintances, and with the INCREDIBLE assistance from the AGA team, she has made tremendous progress. My daughter adores the gym and is set to continue there for MANY more years!

Absolutely smashing gymnastics program!! The staff is ever so caring. The top reason to pop by? Stephanie!! She has been absolutely brilliant with my daft daughters. We've had a jolly good time with the preschool program here and she is the main reason for that!

We've been involved in the USAG competitive team for 'bout 2 years now, and my other kiddos have taken part in recreational classes in previous years. Jason and Kim, who own Adrenaline, are absolutely fabulous. They make an effort to really get to know the kiddos as well as the parents. Whenever I've got questions or concerns, they're always there to help. They run a tight ship - where the athletics are taken real serious like. They don't show favoritism with the kids and focus a lot on safety. And I must say, they really do work the kids harder than other gyms (my little one spends 'bout 40% more time at Adrenaline than in similar programs at other gyms), so it's not a program for kids who ain't fully committed. As a parent, I appreciate that because there's no point payin' for a program that ain't gonna make the most of the child's talents and efforts. Thanks to this, the kids in their program consistently rank high - in all levels. I strongly recommend this gym if you and your child are up for a highly competitive program.

I've been attending gymnastics meets for a good 10 years now. This one turned out to be the most disappointing of all. At 8pm, they suddenly switched gears and started a round of trivia instead of proceeding with the awards ceremony. Needless to say, both the gymnasts and us parents were left feeling rather peckish at that point.

I am a professional ski and snowboard coach and instructor. Due to my background, I have high standards when it comes to the coaching my daughter receives. After a month at Adrenaline, I am thrilled with the approach they have taken for Beginner Rec athletes. This is my daughter's first exposure to gymnastics, and the staff and coaches have been incredibly welcoming. The tasks are challenging yet attainable, and they progress gradually. Each skill she learns is accompanied by clear directions, timely corrections, praise for her efforts, and encouragement.

I particularly appreciate that her class includes athletes of all ages and skill levels, which fosters an atmosphere of excitement and potential for my daughter. There is a strong emphasis on mastering the sport to a high standard, even for beginners, which I value.

Despite the ongoing pandemic, I am impressed with the precautions taken to address infection concerns. Athletes are kept apart while still feeling connected, and equipment is regularly sanitized.

I wholeheartedly recommend Adrenaline to anyone looking to introduce their child to gymnastics, and I am confident in my daughter's continued progress with them.

I reckon this establishment is top-notch for competitive gymnastics, but it just wasn't quite the right fit for my older beginner. It seemed like no one was too bothered about her advancement, and I couldn't seem to get a call back to discuss how we could assist in her progress. It was quite challenging for her to stay in the complete beginner class for nearly a year despite practicing at home extensively. She did have some jolly good fun and picked up some new skills, but she's absolutely thrilled to be finished with it now. Cheers!
