I recently partook in one of Yoga Grace’s "gentle online yoga classes” held on a Tuesday evening from 6 to 7. Upon signing up for the class, you receive a Zoom link to access the meeting at the designated time. Zoom is a user-friendly platform utilized for online gatherings, simplifying the process for all participants. My flatmate and I created our “yoga sanctuary” using items we had at home: yoga mats, books (or yoga blocks), and blankets. As beginners in yoga, we were a bit nervous yet thrilled to embark on this new pastime! Jen's teaching style is soothing, easy to grasp, and adaptable to the home setting. Despite not being in a physical studio, I could sense Jen's guidance and seamlessly follow her instructions while making minor adjustments to suit my body's requirements. Jen excels in imparting knowledge through the online realm, and post-session, she shares a recording for future practice. I eagerly anticipate next Tuesday's class! In summary, I am thoroughly impressed and content with my new pursuit, all thanks to Jen :)
