My wife and I have been frequenting this establishment for the past few months and we are absolutely thrilled with it thus far. First and foremost, I cannot recommend yoga enough. I feel a hundred times better since I started practicing it. If you are new to yoga, like I once was, they truly make you feel embraced and ensure that you move at your own pace. I highly suggest giving it a go. If you're unsure about which class to enroll in, I recommend giving them a ring. Personally, I enjoy hot yoga, although the restorative class is also great for gentle stretching. They also offer more vigorous classes, which I have yet to experience, but definitely intend to try in the future.

The missus and I have been venturing into the world of yoga for a good month now, and we're chuffed to bits that we opted for YogaSix to kick things off. Being novices in this realm, we've found the classes and instructors to be ever so accommodating. Heather and Teri are proper gems in our books, although I reckon as we progress and tackle more challenging sessions, we'll take a shine to them as well. It's got a welcoming vibe, reasonable membership fees, spotless facilities, and basically just top-notch all around. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this spot for all your yoga requirements.

I absolutely adore this studio, and the instructors are absolutely brilliant. Restore with Teri, power with Sara Lyn, or slow flow with Hailey are my top picks, but honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them.
