Lackadaisical and atrocious management!
Yesterday, they shut down the swimming pools because of kiddie mishaps!
It's dreadful, my little ones don't want to set foot in that pool again after what happened.
If the staff were more attentive to their members, they should have monitored who was getting into the pool.
Babies shouldn't be allowed in the water without proper swimming diapers.
