Many residents appreciate the involvement of the staff and board members, noting that they are generally active and responsive to community needs. The pool manager was really rude and did not seem to understand anything at all. It was the worst experience.
Kimberly Lewis (3/28/25, 11:57 PM):
I completely understand why a big inflatable tube might not be permitted in the pool, but I do believe that baby floating devices should be allowed. The lifeguards are young and tend to chat in an unprofessional manner, openly expressing their dislike for their supervisor. Additionally, it's frustrating that it's so difficult to get in touch with someone at the HOA office to address any concerns.
