I simply can't express how much I appreciate Rockbox. They provide support every step of the journey. The coaches will keep an eye on you to ensure you're doing well, offer motivation, and check if you have any queries. They truly become like a second family.

The classes 'ave got loads of energy, from the trainer-led bag work to the weight training functional stations, no two classes are the same. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist you with any modifications needed. Without a doubt, it's the best workout around.

I am absolutely chuffed with this place, I must say! The workouts are cracking and really put you to the test, the folks are top-notch and truly inspirational, the coaches are always there to spur you on and keep you going, and the gym itself is just spotless and a right laugh. If you fancy a change in your workout routine, you simply must give this place a go, no doubt about it!

The best bit for me 'as got to be the camaraderie between the folks down at the gym. The support and accountability from the staff, coaches, and even the assistance when you didn't know you needed it – they're always there, watchin' out for ya and helpin' ya push through to see them results. After a gruelin' workout, I feel like I've been run over by a lorry, but once I catch my breath and do some stretches, I'm raring to go all over again. Me missus and I team up 95% of the time, and we both proper love it. We challenge ourselves, aim to improve each day, and those coaches are there for us every step of the way on our journey.

I highly recommend this place! It's the best gym I've ever been a part of, everyone is so encouraging and welcoming. It was my first time kickboxing and it really boosted my confidence.

I absolutely adore every workout! The staff really makes sure you're putting in the effort and keeping the intensity up! Each day brings a fresh combination of exercises to prevent your body from getting too comfortable. The team is friendly, welcoming, and are great at motivating you to reach your goals!

My experience at the Lafayette LA location has been absolutely fantastic since it opened! I adore the atmosphere, the entire team, and fellow members. Everyone is driven and it feels like there is a real sense of camaraderie among everyone. It's so energizing to hear people exclaim, "hey, I've shed 7 pounds!" When I look at the schedule, I can't help but think, "oh, I wish I could attend all of them." Each trainer has their own unique approach, but they are all superb! I believe I've participated in a class led by each of them. One thing I can confidently say is that I no longer find myself avoiding the gym; now, I genuinely feel bummed out when I can't make it – it's just that addictive! If you're hesitating, come and try a class, I'm certain you'll absolutely LOVE IT!!

10/10 would highly recommend, old chap! Be ready for a smashing workout at this boxing gym, I say. The instructors are absolutely top-notch. Attended my first class today and immediately signed up for unlimited sessions. Jolly good decision, if I may say so myself! A whole year later, and I'm still going strong. The hospitality and welcoming atmosphere they provide is simply unparalleled. Cheers to all those looking to achieve their fitness goals!

I popped in for a class at this Boxing gym with my mate and I am absolutely buzzing to go back! It was a proper laugh and a cracking workout. The team were dead supportive and didn't make me feel awkward if I couldn't manage certain things because of issues with my arm. I can't rate this place highly enough. It's owned by a lass and her family were there for a visit, and I just adored everything about it. Swing by and give this place a whirl. I guarantee you'll be chuffed with it!
