We were in the market for a recumbent stationary bike for rehab after a total knee replacement. We visited the Fitness Gallery store in Lone Tree after seeing the Fitness Gallery TV ads. Justin Salyer showed us several models of the True brand recumbent bikes and the features on the model we were looking for. After a lot of comparison of many brands from several stores, we decided on the Fitness Gallery True ES700 and bought it with the delivery and set-up option. Due to needing the bike ASAP for the knee therapy, Justin went above and beyond to get the bike to our house quickly!! So much appreciated and we highly recommend Justin and Fitness Gallery if you’re ever in the need for great quality fitness equipment and superb customer service. We also made a return visit after our initial visit with Justin and were helped by Dakota Dolan who was also friendly and helpful.

Each year we buy a new piece of equipment an' 'aven't 'ad any issues. Will continue to support this business.
Update: Items were not delivered and it took over 2 months to get what was remainin'. They would not follow up, we 'ad to keep callin' until we threatened to call the BBB. So sad because we 'ave been purchasin' from them for years.

We 'ave been waitin' for years to dial in our 'Ome Gym - We stopped into Fitness Gallery to check out the equipment we wanted and were really thankful to 'ave Dakota's 'elp and guidance in the buyin' process! 'E 'elped us understand the ins and outs of the machine and 'elped us place our order expeditiously. Delivery was seamless and earlier than quoted. The delivery staff worked efficiently and 'ad our entire gym assembled and cleaned up with plenty of time for a workout.
