I engage in personal training sessions with Austin and also attend his fitclub class. He's an outstanding trainer with top-notch customer service skills. I would highly recommend him to individuals ranging from novices to experienced lifters. His serene attitude and enthusiasm for fitness make him a perfect match for individuals at any level of expertise. Dylan is also an excellent trainer who adds an element of enjoyment to workouts while pushing you through challenging sessions. A rating of 100 out of 10 stars!

I do concur with the rest of the reviews. This establishment appears to be solely focused on profit. The fees may seem reasonable at first glance, but beware, attempting to terminate your membership will result in additional charges. When I unexpectedly had to move to SC, cancelling my gym membership was the furthest thing from my mind. Upon contacting them from my new location, I was met with hostility by a team member who insisted I had to appear in person. I explained that this was impossible, yet he persisted in his discourteous manner. To officially end my membership, I had to send a certified letter all the way from SC! It was a quicker process to relocate than it was to terminate my association with this gym.

My daughter is also a member and faces a similar predicament. Despite being in SC for two months, the facility refuses to suspend her membership like many other places would. Consequently, they continue to charge her dues despite her absence from the gym. Furthermore, she is unable to cancel unless she returns in person. Essentially, they are profiting off her while she is clearly not utilizing the gym services. The situation is preposterous, and the owner should seriously reconsider the impracticality of their policies and the discourteous conduct of their staff when handling such matters.

I've been hitting up this gym for over 2 years. They've got all the kit I need - heavy-duty weights for the hardcore lifters, loads of cardio gear, and I hardly ever have to queue up for a turn on anything. It's pretty sweet, mate.

I've been a regular member for over 10 years and I currently reside in Abington. Regrettably, it appears that most of the gym equipment has remained unchanged since the facility first opened its doors. Every time I visit over the past few years, it seems like I always have to report yet another broken machine - sometimes it's the same one I mentioned months earlier. Even the spray bottles for cleaning the equipment are constantly broken and never replaced. It's a mix of emotions leaving this gym after all these years, especially considering how convenient the location is for me. However, I've reached a point where I'm willing to endure an additional 20+ minute drive just to avoid the ongoing frustrations with the malfunctioning equipment.

This gym is absolutely fantastic, mate! Joining up 'as literally transformed me life. It's got the biggest open floor with loads of stations and machines, a smaller workout area, an upper level for cardio, and offers a range of classes and training sessions. The staff, especially the top boss, are proper knowledgeable and friendly. I'd highly recommend getting yourself signed up for a membership, you won't regret it! Cheers!

I had to cancel my membership in early March, and let me tell you, that whole ordeal was a real hassle. They insisted that I had to go in person to cancel, no phone or online options available. I was informed that there would be one final charge for March, which I understood. But now I'm getting calls from Club Systems demanding payment? What's the deal? My membership was already cancelled and I already made the final authorized payment in March. Avoid this place at all costs, they don't make it easy for you to leave. I'm much happier at my new gym, where they are transparent and straightforward about their fees and policies.

I've recently become a member of this fitness center... I've always felt a bit hesitant and intimidated by gyms. However, the atmosphere at your gym is so open and welcoming. I really appreciate the fact that there are no time limits on the treadmills! When I go for a run, I usually like to run for an hour, so other gyms just didn't work out for me. I used to run outdoors, but lately the weather hasn't been cooperating, so I chose this gym because it's nearby and the vibe is just perfect. The treadmills also track my progress, which is another great feature to love.

This gym is top-notch in the area! It's definitely one of my all-time favorite gyms, and I've been to over 20. The staff is incredibly accommodating, the location is ideal, and the equipment is excellent with lots of space. The cleanliness is outstanding too. During my short visit, Matt and the owner went above and beyond to help my husband and me, both being active duty military members. You're sure to enjoy this gym!

You have to pay for 3 full billing cycles before they allow you to cancel your membership, no exceptions. I've been a member of this gym for 10 years and had planned to come back once my kids were in school, as the daycare closed due to Covid-19. The customer service is lacking, so I'll be searching for another gym.

Great customer service, spotless facilities, fully equipped for both men and women, ample weights available. Plus, they have special discounts for students starting from 8th grade and up.

CUSTOMER BEWARE: I put my account on hold in Feb 2019. When I visited the club in June 2019 to cancel, they unfroze my account instead of canceling it. I didn't return because I thought my account had been properly terminated. But since then, they have been charging me $29.99 per month. When I called them yesterday, they claimed it couldn't be their gym charging me as I was no longer in their system. However, upon visiting them today, they confirmed that my account was active and claimed ignorance about last night's conversation. They then informed me, "Since your account was never canceled, we can't assist you. You can cancel now, but there will be a fee." When I requested the fee be waived due to their error, they refused, stating, "We can't help you without cancellation paperwork." But how can I have paperwork if they failed to cancel my account in the first place? It seems like they will keep my $1,300 without resolving the issue.
