I've been a member of CrossFit Cedar Park for 15 years now, and the team has been amazing in supporting me as I've gotten older (now in my 50s!) by adapting my fitness goals. They have also warmly welcomed my kids as they are getting into competitive sports. My favorite moments this year have been the workouts on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings spent with my children.
