They used to be open bright and early during the weekdays, but now they don't open until 5 am. Looks like I'll have to scout for a new gym now.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the equipment is in great condition, and the men's locker room is clean. This location in SE Denver is definitely my favorite.

They really know their stuff and provided top-notch customer service. I'm delighted to have met them and they truly reflect well on the establishment. Excellent variety of weight and cardio machines, along with a wide selection of free weights. Rarely overcrowded.

It was still pretty good, but the change in hours is BLOODY AWFUL. Closing at 8pm on the weekends is incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.

This gym is just spotless, and the staff are absolutely lovely. There's this one fella in particular who I reckon deserves a shoutout because he's just so helpful. Goes by the name of Chris, he does. Greetin' everyone with a smile as warm as a cup of tea. Always keeping the place tidy and eager to lend a hand whenever you need it. Cheers to you, Chris, for making me feel right at home in this place.

Very neat and tidy. Brand new, top-notch equipment. Nonetheless, no classes, pool, basketball court, etc. Perfect no-frills gym for individuals seeking solely equipment to exercise. Often not too crowded and readily available weights and machines without queues. Excellent bang for your buck. With 2500 locations, ideal for frequent travelers.

Oh jolly good, what a splendid new gym! The spa area is simply delightful and well worth the extra cost. Since it's a new spot, I've not seen it too crowded yet. The staff were ever so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to get cracking with my workouts here!

It all began wonderfully, but things have taken a turn for the worse with the location. The management is unresponsive and the front desk is frequently unattended, preventing access to Black Card perks. There are definitely better choices out there than this gym.

I absolutely adore Planet Fitness and I would easily give them a flawless five-star rating if it weren't for one tiny issue - the lack of a handicap accessible door at the front entrance. My wife relies on her electric scooter and struggles to open the door without assistance.

I've requested this improvement multiple times, only to be met with excuses such as the building's blueprints not including it, the district manager and franchise owner being opposed to the idea, and the ridiculous claim that retrofitting the door is impossible.

Dear Planet Fitness, individuals with disabilities are a significant part of your clientele, and it's imperative that your facilities are easily accessible to everyone. While you boast about your inclusive and non-judgmental environment, it falls short when individuals in wheelchairs face barriers at the entrance.

It's high time for you to step up and invest in an accessible door. It's a simple solution that would greatly enhance the experience for many members. I will continue to advocate for this change because, at the end of the day, you benefit from my patronage. Let's make this right.

Spiffing! The Fitness center is a jolly clean and not too bustling. The upgraded plan is absolutely smashing, especially for the spa - it's simply top-notch. I say, I didn't reckon I'd make much use of it, but blimey, it's become my favorite spot! The one little gripe I have is that it would be grand if your app allowed you to fire up the spa contraptions yourself, rather than having to request the front desk to do the needful. Nevertheless, it's not a massive bother. I'm miffed at myself for shelling out a pretty penny in the past at a larger gym nearby which is frightfully overpriced and doesn't offer as cozy an experience.

I'm a fan of Planet Fitness. It's always conveniently located near my place, and their app provides clear instructions in case I get confused with any of the equipment. Plus, their services are affordable! It would be even better if they offered fun add-ons like tires and sledgehammers.

One of my favorite fitness centers in the Denver metro area! Sydney is definitely one of the top employees I've come across. He's constantly tidying up the equipment and consistently attentive to the needs of the guests! He truly brings value to this company, and I wouldn't choose to frequent this gym if he weren't around. The other employees are also extremely welcoming. I absolutely adore this gym!!
